This location is very close to me and honestly I LOVE it. I love boba and I’ve had the surrounding competitive ones and this is the best one to me.
I usually get a Jumbo cup and you can mix any flavor you like with either green or black tea. I love the customer service and accuracy. When I say 25% sweet they really do it correctly. The other shops just taste TOOOOO sweet for me like Bobapop no matter what percentage I ask for.
I really liked this place and feel like I’ll be a loyal customer
Update: I was really liking this place until my recent visit over miscommunication. Made me feel like I was so wrong when I wasn’t and the man had an attitude. I’ll just order pick up from now on if I return. So disappointing
Parking: The parking is just a small strip but no big deal just the building it is attached to. People come in and out quickly so if all is full then it’s not much to wait for a free up spot
Kid-friendliness: It’s kids in there all the time. The place is small but quaint.

Their chicken is always great but the drinks are just meh. Today I’m ordering via Uber eats the first time and there are significantly less amount of food compared to walk in. About 1/3 less of the chicken combo you get.

They offer Taiwanese style food/cooking. Some special eats such as the fried taro balls (fried well and good consistency of bouncy and chewy at the same time). They are known for their Taiwanese fried chicken (with basil). The braised pork rice was not memorable....the cabbage was very bland.

Terrible customer services. I ordered two lychee green tea and patiently waited for a while. Another customer came behind me (after I waited) got his drink wrong and got fixed (Lychee Green Tea) before my order. I ignored and ask the guy if my drinks are made? He responded to my question with a little attitude that they are coming. Again I let it go. Finally, my drinks came out wrong with milk tea instead of green tea. I told him that it is not green tea. He gave me attitude again of which it is ny fault that the ticket said milk tea. I like the drinks and food but giving customer your frustration attitude is not ideal. Good food but terrible customer service is not going long.

The drinks I ordered were really bad. The milk tea tasted super watered down while the plum fruit tea had no detectable flavor.

I love this place. It’s one of the original bubble tea shops in the area that used to also have a location in Rockville. For drinks, I usually get the taro milk tea to go. I’ve noticed every time this one employee (older white male) makes it there’s a ton of undissolved powder that makes the drink..unappetizing. This is the third time I’ve had a disappointing chalk-like consistency drink and it’s always been made by him. Other employees seem to make the taro milk tea taste creamy and smooth so if you see him in particular when you’re craving in a boba drink, go to boba pop instead for your boba fix. Otherwise, jumbo jumbo has super friendly and great customer service (shoutout to the sweet African lady) and tasty treats. Their spicy popcorn chicken is quite savory and I highly recommend them if you’re looking to indulge as they deep fry them in lots of oil. They also have unique toppings like taro boba and their prices are very reasonable.

Holy cow, if you are into the fried chicken craze, Jumbo Jumbo is a must. Bon Chon is good, but the flavor of the Taiwanese chicken here beats it hands down. Don't expect as much crunch.I had the fried combo (chicken, tofu, squid). I didn't love the squid as it had a bit of fishy aftertaste that I don't generally get in calamari. The chicken and the tofu were spectacular.Good value for the price.I have been to the location in Rockville that closed. This was just as good.Highly recommend.

Maybe we came on a bad day, but the lemon kumquat boba was astringent and watery, with a strong floral taste, and the vanilla boba tasted like watery, artificial vanilla powder. The pork chop was fine but my husband said the dumplings were hard and dry. With so many other boba options in the area, we probably won't be coming back.
I had the taro bubble tea, and ordered the jumbo/large size. Decently priced for the portion/size and the boba/tapioca pearls was actually good. However, the taro milk tea that I had was not good and tasted like it was quite watered down. I did not taste any tea at all. However I do want to give a shout out to the staff who was super friendly!
