After spending almost 5 minutes ignored I finally said and was told theyd get to me soon. They continues to wait on every customer that came into the place before finally asking what our order was. When we said, they handed us the same bag we'd be staring at for more than 10 minutes. This location/franchise needs to invest in some customer service courses for its managers and team members before all of us just deactivated Chick-Fil-A forever. - former customer

Absolutely terrible. Had us wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes after ordering to “check” something, when they came back we had to order again just for them to say they had to check something again and keep wasting our time. Instead of saying they don’t have chicken they had us waste time. Terrible service. Do not come here.

They forgot about us!
Went through the drive thru, then sent us over to a parking spot. 6 other cars parked and got their food while I sat there with hungry kids. I went inside to ask about our food and everyone looked shocked and embarrassed. I wonder how long it would have taken them to realize they never made our food if I didn't walk in.
Sorry, you guys lost my regular business. I'll go to the one over near Airpark.

I recently ordered food online for my family, and everything was perfectly packed. What truly made my experience stand out was KFC's approach to sauces. Unlike other places that charge, KFC doesn't charge for sauces for your chicken, which is a huge plus when you've got a big order!
The customer service was also fantastic. As I was leaving, a friendly KFC team member, who was just walking in, went out of his way to hold the door for me and even apologized as he did so. This level of thoughtfulness and customer care is truly impressive.
Between the excellent customer service and the fact that they don't nickel and dime you for sauces like Popeyes does, I'm definitely going to choose KFC much more often from now on. Highly recommend!
Been going here regularly for a few months now and it's easily my favorite place to go, especially before and after work. The staff is extremely kind every time and has started to recognize me, even Alex specifically has gone out of his way to have conversations with me and even gave me a drink to try it on him.

Everything taste like it’s been fried and old oil or grease and the chicken is rotten. This is the second time this has happened. They no longer offer a refund so that is why I am doing a review online
