I recently ordered food online for my family, and everything was perfectly packed. What truly made my experience stand out was KFC's approach to sauces. Unlike other places that charge, KFC doesn't charge for sauces for your chicken, which is a huge plus when you've got a big order!
The customer service was also fantastic. As I was leaving, a friendly KFC team member, who was just walking in, went out of his way to hold the door for me and even apologized as he did so. This level of thoughtfulness and customer care is truly impressive.
Between the excellent customer service and the fact that they don't nickel and dime you for sauces like Popeyes does, I'm definitely going to choose KFC much more often from now on. Highly recommend!

Every single time i come here they never have extra crispy wings… what is the point of advertising them take them off the menu!!!!!
The chicken was dripping grease, not cleaned of fat and was basically slimy and unedible

I know in the Popeyes/KFC war, Popeyes is the clear winner. But I figured after a couple years I’d give KFC another shot. And then they got my order wrong. So I guess it’s back to Popeyes for another couple years. jfc kfc lmao get it together

Worst customer service ever! The guy who takes order was super rude. I asked him to give me 4 thighs and he refused for absolutely no reason. I asked him then that I want to talk to the manager and he said I am the manager! I said I want to cancel the order and he said call customer service. Super rude and unprofessional! I would never come back to this location again, nor I would recommend anyone to come to this location!
