Even more wild to do so on the same Saturday afternoon of a busy festival happening directly across the street.Server was sweet but I am 7 months pregnant and stood waiting 30+ minutes for one (1) veggie ramen takeout order.To add insult to injury, a customer who placed his sushi takeout order 15 minutes after me was served and walked out the door 5 minutes before me. Sushi / raw bar was obviously separated from the main kitchen but I definitely felt burned since I had been so patient and understanding up until that point.By understaffing, the ownership / management failed me, as a customer, and this woman left to do everything solo during an incredibly overwhelming time period this weekend.Ramen taste was decent.

Don’t go there. Bad service. They don’t attend you at all. They don’t even answer their phones. Super slow and sloppy service. Took them 30 min to bring drinks to the table. I would never go there again and I won’t advise anyone to go either.

On first impression I thought this was a nice spot and they advertised top tier sushi. However, after picking up my order I realized that I would soon regret not ordering elsewhere. The staff were nice but, this was the worst quality sushi I've ever had in my life. I also tried their fried rice and it smelled off and the simple edamame was not fresh. Don't fall for the updated website and look at the reviews.

Things ordered: Hamachi maki 5/5 Zombie roll 2/5 Miso soup 1/5 (sorry, I forgot to take a picture!) The hamachi maki was perfect. The hamachi was fresh and not fishy at all. I know a lot of people are hesitant about sushi because of raw fish and the "fishiness" it can have. Please try this! I prefer it with wasabi. The zombie roll was not full enough and needed at least double of the filling. Unfortunately, the spicy red sauce was the only thing I could taste. The miso soup was definitely the most disappointing: the flavor was weak and I did not have enough tofu. The tofu was cut into small one centimeter cubes and I only had two! :( Service was great. Our waitress was patient and friendly. One person in my party had a dirty dish, and the waitress apologized and brought clean ones for all of us. The restaurant was empty except for one other party. It had a cozy atmosphere and would be a fun place for a first date. FYI: I did not see any Thai food on the menu, but there was still a variety of Japanese options.

Very slow service for a Monday evening. Placed take out order at 7:45pm with a pick up/ready time of 8:24pm (almost 40 minutes!) I show up promptly 2 mins before and was told it would take another 5 mins or so. That’s fine. BUT it took an additional 20 mins because once my food came out, I was missing 2 out of 6 items. So I had to wait an additional 15 mins for them to make this.Business in the restaurant was slow (only 2 tables with people that already had their food…) so i am baffled how it took 15 mins to make 2 very simple starters…

I wanted to leave a review because I ordered seaweed salad I took a picture of the container but unable to load this. I paid $5.99 but the majority of what was in the container was lettuce. I did not ask for seaweed salad for lettuce there were 3 forkful of actual seaweed. Don't spend the money for it. The sushi was okay. But the seaweed salad made me angry. That is why I don't do take out. If I was at the restaurant and they brought to my table I would have told them to take it back I did not ask for a lettuce salad.

Meat is red, not cooked. Waiters were not sufficient and did not get food until I asked three employees. Other people who came after me and ordered after me got food first. It was the same ramen dish.

Restaurant was very clean. Waitress was very nice and pleasant. Food was very good. Only ding is that the portions are very small.Weird thing, I used credit card to pay. Waitress only brought merchant copy of receipt for me to sign. No customer copy. I thought that was odd....
I gave up on this place when it was Zane eatery due to poor quality food, and it seems nothing has changed but the name. I unknowingly ordered food here thinking it was a new establishment. The quality seems to have gotten even worse. The sushi had awful presentation and was falling apart by the time I opened the box. Chicken teriyaki was flavorless and somehow dry. This food is not made with any type of love or care.

I started coming here since this past summer and tried it. The food is pretty good although the service is alittle slow and could use maybe an extra server, but the waitress is very polite and kind. Wish I can come more often because I love Thai and Japanese food, and they have both of them combined. Haven’t tried their Thai food yet but I am thinking about getting Thai next time I am in Germantown. So far so good.

Since the rebrand and new name, I hadn't checked out this spot. However, I ordered some to go tonight and enjoyed what we ordered. I do wish that the rolls were a bit bigger for the price. They are usually 8 pieces, but they are smaller in circumference than some other places that charge the same price for more fish. The bento box was a really good portion size for the price!
