I went there with my co-workers and the atmosphere was really nice since it had just opened. It was bright and clean and the food came out cleanly.The staff were very friendly and nice, but they didn't wear masks and talked too much, which made me a little uncomfortable.You're trying to be kind by saying a lot, but I think it would be better if you talk less or speak while wearing a mask.I will be going often in the future.

The hot pots are personal pot with small induction stove which is safe for kids.Be sure order food within 2 hours which the tablet would alert you 10 minutes before the food service time is due. The waiters and managers are very helpful. If you get confused you can always ask for their help.Vegetarian options: Please provide more vegetarian option like Konjac noodle、Konjac pieces

Dear Diary - Do you want Hotpot and KBBQ at the same time? This is the place! I appreciate how they have both options available at one establishment. However, I will say having both takes away the full experience of dedicating one selection; Having both option may be overwhelming to some like myself. But I have had both KBBQ and Hotpot two different times and the experience was great. For KBBQ, the meat quality is pretty good. Lots of variety to choose from and their sauce bar is plentiful. For Hotpot, their soup selections and flavor will vary from other Hotpot establishments (example, tom yum soup base will taste different from urban hotpot tom yum soup base). Overall, the experience here, either KBBQ or hotpot, you will enjoy yourself no matter what you get.

Overall pretty nice restaurant. The food was good and the atmosphere was enjoyable. The only thing I would change would be the service. There were multiple times where we needed something and our server was no where to be found. Whoever originally greeted us took our drink orders and it took about 10mins and us having to ask another server just to get our drinks. The grill was turned off before we were about to use it, once while we were using it and then again after that as well. Overall it was still really enjoyable but just wish the service was a bit better.

Wow I am so impressed with this place! Used to be Honey Pig which felt old and dark. Not anymore! Decided to give K-pot a try and the pricing is fantastic! Just $5 more for both bbq and hot pot, an unbelievable deal. One minor thing, everyone has to order the same style, so hot pot / bbq / or both. Love the appetizer bar and desserts too. Very easy to order food and refills with the provided tablet. The drink menu is impressive but haven't tried any of the alcoholic drinks yet. Taro bubble tea was on point. Came here twice in one week, once for lunch and another for dinner. Lunch is the better deal but dinner is still reasonable and with a few more meat options. The ambiance is also much nicer than before with new booth seating and cute bright lights. I also appreciated that they weren't just blasting loud kpop during the whole meal.Tip: the grill gets sticky quickly but help yourself to a bit of sesame oil from the sauce area and you can re-oil the grill any time!Sean was great, attentive and helpful.P.s. kids age older than 10 are considered adults, so be prepared for that.

One thing i just noticed is that when we came for Sunday for lunch, cant make dinner.We paid All day Dinner price $36 ( for both) but Dinner selections were not available. If one or two items not available, its fine but this time, a lot were missing.You would think when you pay All Day Price, you would get everything. That was a rip off!!! Management team, you need to change this, either adjust price for lunch or makethe selections availableSo just be careful if you decide to come here for lunch on a Sunday
