I give this place 1 start cause I can’t give 0 I used to buy very often here my drinks but I had bad experience I placed order through my app but it wasn’t accepting my payment I don’t drink too much sugar then after many tries this app changed me to full sugar I tried to call them to explain then their phone didn’t work then when I arrived to this place I explained to the woman that was there what happened and she just said sorry no and didn’t make new drink for me is this the way you try your customers? If the owner can see this the Chinese old woman was no nice at all ! I won’t never ever in my life come back here they lost one customer for been like that !

The tea here is tasteless. My oolong tea doesn’t taste like oolong tea. My husband’s green tea doesn’t taste like green tea. It must use the lowest grade of tea leaves. Don’t want to go back.

Kung Fu Tea is hands down one of my favorite spots for bubble tea! Their milk tea with boba is always perfectly balanced..rich, creamy, and it’s a bit sweet, with chewy tapioca pearls that are just the right texture. I also love their matcha slushy. They’ve got a great variety of flavors and toppings, and everything tastes fresh and high quality. Highly recommend if you’re a boba lover like me!

I had the opportunity to try the bubble tea of KungFu Tea in Germantown location for my first time, and their drinks are better by far comparing with other similar business, you know and feel when the ingredients are fresh, and the store is pretty clean, and the people over there are pretty friendly. I get stuck with Thai Milk tea, really delicious !!!!!

This evening I had a lovely experience with the staff, firstly the door was opened with a warm welcome. Our order took a little more than expected about 10 min and a staff member checked in and offered an apology for the wait along with a small token of appreciation.
