LEDO pizza is always good. But I always have a problem ordering from my phone for the special deals. Usually the staff is no help to me. I wish that when you offer a deal I can just go into my app and show them.

I’ve been coming to Ledo’s Germantown for years, but tonight was a complete failure in service. My family—including my 6-year-old and 1-year-old baby—were seated at 6:30 PM, and every table around us was helped, even those who arrived after us. Meanwhile, two female servers completely ignored us—no greeting, no water, nothing.
My kids were clearly hungry and getting irritated, and we had to resort to asking kitchen staff just to get someone to acknowledge us. That’s embarrassing and unacceptable.
Elijah was incredibly helpful. But this used to be a place we trusted. Not anymore. You’ve officially lost loyal customers.

Honestly, the food is pretty good but when I ask for bacon I don't mean a whole 3lbs of chopped bacon strips on my pizza geeesh. If the toppings can chopped up a lot SMALLER I then think I will be able to enjoy my supreme pizza with extra cheese. Those super large chunks of toppins y'all throw on the pizza throw me off every time.

I finally decided to write a review for this particular location. Everytime I over wings from here. They never put the dressing in it. So once, I get home there's no dressing. Also, the food was cold when I ordered it today. So, I finally decided to write a review. This place is just mediocre at best.

This is our go to spot for a pie. However yesterday had our bellys hurting all night and the whole next morning and still going. Somethings wrong here with the food or new staff. I wont be back for awhile. Ps. Its not just me. Its the spouse and both kids too

Went to get some garlic cheese bread and was disappointed as they melted four small pieces of cheese on the bread, didn’t even cover the bread, I wish I took photos but I appreciate if they will have a better cook staff and a quality person to check the food before they give it to you. The food quality has definitely gone down at this location.

This is my first time ordering from Ledo Pizza in Germantown and I can definitely say that it will not be my last. I ordered for a group lunch today and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Everyone enjoyed the pizza and wings! I will be back to try a gluten-free pizza.
