This is by far the worst mcdonalds i've been to. It takes a while to get your order ready. The place was dirty and nobody cleans the dining area. The floor was sticky and just making you loose your appetite!

This is by far one of the worst mc Donald’s ! I placed an order via uber eats for a cheese burger happy meal double fries… they gave me cheese no patty at all.. and there are clearly not two fries … the one they did deliver was also super cold ..this McDonald’s also has the worst drive through service I’ve ever seen. The people are young they have no etiquette they mess up your meal and will tell you I’m tired. This is unacceptable. To add.. I did not get a refund from uber eats even though my money was wasted! I ended up having to place a second order in hopes they would get it right…

Not happy with this place, there was hair in the sandwich I ordered from uber, the hair was inside the sandwich, when I called about it the manger was in charge, was very unprofessional he refused to give me the name, n was trying to tell me that, that’s not his problem, his there just to get his paycheck, his not worried about anything else, this is not good customer service, I hope they will fix these type of behavior,

Would give this location less than 1 star if I could. I went into the restroom with my daughter when she was three, two staff were in there mopping, no wet floor signs. My daughter fell and the staff just stared at us. Called the manager they gave me a gift card but honestly it was just irresponsible and rude.

Food has gone down hill this last 3 months they always cook old batch of fries again. Chicken nuggets taste microwaved they're soggy no crunch. They don't mix the mc flurries anymore. It's not fresh food anymore taste like it was cooked 9 hrs before hand very disappointed how this location had gone bad due to lazy staff/management
Usually it's a wonderful experience but today when ordering a cheeseburger Happy meal only ketchup and cheese. We received a hamburger Happy meal with a $0.30 charge for cheese and everything on it. Not what I ordered which was a cheeseburger Happy meal only cheese and ketchup.

The food was fine and the staff were polite, but the cleanliness of the restaurant could definitely use some attention. The floors were sticky, and it didn’t look like they had been swept in a while. The bathrooms were also not very clean, which was disappointing. Hopefully, management can improve the upkeep, because it’s a convenient location otherwise.

Bravo, McDonald’s, for turning the simple act of getting plain water into an Olympic-level quest! Want water without sugar, syrup, or some bizarre flavor that sounds like a rejected soda experiment? Tough luck! Apparently, in the McDonald’s universe, H2O is too basic for their high-class menu. You’re stuck choosing between overpriced bottled water or some sugary concoction that’s more chemistry lab than hydration. It’s 2025, and somehow this fast-food empire can’t grasp the concept of a tap and a cup. Truly a masterclass in missing the mark. Keep dehydrating us with style, McD’s!
