Worst costumer service very rude and disrespectful this morning when this Spanish lady serve my food I asked her if put my juice she talk to me in a rude and disrespectful manner I don’t recommend this nasty place to others

The worst customer service I've ever seen at McDonald's. The manager and employees are talking and joking around while customers wait for a long time. My order was ready in the oven, and an employee just had to pick up the bag and give it to me. I called out several times for someone to deliver my order, which was already ready, but they ignore the customers, they talk to each other and walk around, completely lost and without good management. The rating I give to the manager who was on duty on December 6, 2024 at 1:20 pm is 0 (zero).

Food service is okay. At times during congestion, I highly recommend to order ahead of time via mobile otherwise it's like any McDonald place; food is okay and quality service is average at most.

Charged me for a large meal, got my large drink, and a medium fry, and also didn't receive the nuggets i ordered. Was in drive through and on a hurry so I couldn't make sure I had everything.

I visited this location each time I come to Maryland the manager has a bad attitude when I speak on my order I don't mind paying for what I asked for but for the manager to tell me that the coffee price change from morning to afternoon and it went up $2 that makes no sense to me the manager's name is Larry Pearson if you can't work with the public some people don't need to be put in those positions also I've been here for 3 days I've gotten a coffee 3 days and it's always an issue with they can't make a simple large caramel coffee with caramel drizzle with whip on top and for people to catch attitudes about the way you want things is ridiculous to me I always thought customers get the order the way they want it not the way the workers want it

McDonald’s food is what it is, but fast and convenient is usually of utmost importance and this McDonald’s is that. There drive-through/parking lot area aren’t configured the best, but I have never had any real issues.
Using the app to “pre-order” has greatly contributed to the convenience.

If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. This is the worst McDonald’s. They have two drive-through lanes, but they got confused with my order. Very unorganized. I was waiting in the ridiculously long drive-through line for about 15 minutes, then they made me park in the curbside spot and wait another 15 minutes. They never brought my frappe, and I left without my order. I didn’t return for a refund because I was on my lunch break. I called, and they told me I had to come back in person. After multiple issues, I’ve given up on this McDonald’s.

I would like to express my disappointment ? ?? today. I was standing at one of the registers. There are 2 registers left and right. I was standing on the left for about 15 minutes, and 5 workers 4 were Spanish women's, but they were just talking, laughing, and totally ignoring me. 2 customers come after me also to place order finally one of them come to take orders, but they still ignoring me I was confused wy, then I ask for the manager, one lady told me in Spanish that she is the manager, so I asked wy I was waiting so long for help and no one show up, her answer was BECAUSE I WAS STANDING AT THE LEFT SIDE REGISTER AND NO ONE HELP AT THE LEFT REGISTER ONLY AT RIGHT SIDE. I told her I didn't know that, but she was rude and mad at me when she answered she just turned around and left. I'm a manager assistant also, and our job is to take care of the customers the best way we can, be professional, be part of the solution, not part of the PROBLEM CUSTOMERS ARE FIRST if you can handle just don't take that position they really need more training .
