I was sitting in my car waiting for my food with my three year old when I look to the car on my right in parking lot 2 and I see VERY inappropriate activity in the car next to me. I’m VERY disappointed since my three year old had to see that. I would like a refund of 6 or 7 dollars. This happened on Friday August 15 2025 between 8:30 and 8:40 at night. Thank you!

Woke up to an unauthorized purchase this morning on my card that was made at 6:15 AM this morning. Disputed with my bank and filed a police report. Same thing happened to my friend as well. How ironic. called this morning to try speaking with a manager, a gentleman said there is nothing he can do. He also admitted “yeah , you can never came in right? Dispute it with your bank” as if multiple people were calling for the same issue this morning. This used to be the spot, regardless of how rude they are. But someone’s in trouble for scamming me and making a McDonald’s purchase this morning. I will also be calling corporate as well for this location.

A Standard We Grew Up With

For many of us who grew up in the 1980s, McDonald’s was more than just a fast-food restaurant—it was part of our upbringing. Many of us even worked there during school years, so we know firsthand the standards McDonald’s set for food quality and customer service. The recipes haven’t changed much, nor has the expectation for consistency and hospitality.

That’s why it’s frustrating when those standards aren’t upheld. When food is poorly prepared—especially something as iconic as cold fries—it’s more than just a bad meal; it’s a failure to meet the bar McDonald’s itself established decades ago. What’s worse is when customers with firsthand experience are dismissed or ignored, as if we don’t understand what good service or properly prepared food should look like.

We’re not being unreasonable. We’re holding McDonald’s to the very expectations it taught us to expect—and for many of us, to deliver. It's disappointing when the experience falls short.

I had to wait over a half hour for a cheeseburger. However, the reason I am giving this place 5 stars is because of how hard everyone behind the counter was working. They were short staffed, and the manager had to go into the kitchen to help the switch over from breakfast to lunch. The young man and woman behind the counter couldn't have been more pleasant, and the customers were patient and understanding. It was amazing how supportive everyone was. No yelling, shouting, or disgruntled customers. Flexibility and patience were the words of the day.

They seem to have the blandest fries of any McDonalds. And today after paying in the drive-thru i had to wait over 20 minutes while cars that were behind me all got their orders (i only ordered 2 meals, no subsitutions). When i finally got it they had forgotten the sauces. Hate this place.

I think this is a really good Restaurant overall, but the thing is I placed a delivery order and I put the wrong address. The service helped me, but I had to cancel my order and I will get a refund in one to five business days I believe is what it says and I think that’s personally really long and they also said I would get an email after 10 minutes and it’s been way longer than that so I don’t know if it’s like anything, but overall when I go to go get it it’s really good

5 stars for 5 reasons

1. The deal I got was off the app! Super cheap for the chicken strips and free medium fries! 6 dollars and some change for 4 pieces!

2. The food was super fresh! Hot when it came out! Fries were good but not as fresh!

3. vanilla ice cream is always good but a bit expensive!

4. Clean facility

I always have a fantastic experience at the Milestone McDonald's! The food is consistently fresh and hot, which really sets it apart. Whether I'm grabbing a classic Big Mac or some crispy fries, everything tastes great every time. The staff is friendly and efficient, ensuring that my orders are prepared quickly and accurately. The restaurant is also clean and well-maintained, making for a pleasant dining atmosphere. I can always count on this location to deliver quality food and service. Highly recommend!
