On September 13, 2024, at approximately 12:46 p.m., I ordered from the drive-thru at the McDonald's located at 21121 Frederick Rd, Germantown, MD 20876, store # 15930. Upon arriving home, to my disappointment, I found long black hair in my Big Mac. After indulging in my BigMac, I felt something on my tongue that wasn't the texture of food. Behold it was hair. I returned the Big Mac to the store supervisor but received no professional response. She just put another sandwich on the counter and walked away. This will be my second and last time eating there again. They are rude and nasty. NASTY!!!, you know they do make HAIR NETS and have classes for customer service. Lol, smh.
