I did a pick up order and was really disappointed that they forgot half of the ingredients on my bowl, including my dressing and my pita. It's really disappointing because it was a to-go order. Should I open up the bowl and start inspecting it in front of them. So much for trusting them to follow the instructions.

The staff was extremely rude. The young girl working today around 9:00 PM should be taken off her shift and given one-on-one training in customer service. As soon as we walked in, she mumbled under her breath because the store was closing in 30 minutes. When we tried to place our order, she told us to order online while she was making the bread. Seriously? I’m not asking for special treatment, but a little common courtesy would go a long way. We decided to leave because we didn’t want to deal with her nasty attitude.

The quality of the falafel wrap was very bad today, some of the ingredients in it was spoiled, as soon as i opened the pack i could smell bad. Also the service was very very poor, the lady who helped us literally threw the wrap, showed a rude look on us.

Love coming here with my fiancé

Great food. No complaints ever. Been going here for 3 years regularly.
Looks like recently they replaced the big circular bowls to much smaller takeout boxes. $25 for two tiny boxes makes this overpriced now. I'll just go back to cava

This place is one of the healthiest places to eat in germantown besides your own kitchen. I have eaten here twice, and it wasn't so pricy it would be my top choice once a week. We don't have many health options locally, and it's terrible. Try the bowl with brown basmati and all of the wonderful sides. I love eating here because you don't feel sluggish and tired afterward.

Earlier this year - we had best falafel bowl. For last few months- overall quality has degraded much. Gave it benefit of doubt couple of times including today, but now won’t go again! It is like money getting wasted and no meal satisfaction.

You all should really specify capital one / Mastercards are chip only. Spent a lot of time in line just to walk away empty handed.

Ordered online to go. Interior was cozy. Food was good. Did the create your own bowl and plenty of options. Which I could do half and half for proteins but getting lots of toppings options.

The food is fresh and tastes good, I enjoyed every bite of it. The place was clean and well-put-together with a very welcoming ambience. It's a little pricey but would go back and also recommend it.

Vegetarian options: Falafel, eggplant, corn, fatoush and many more.

Kid-friendliness: If your child isn't a picky eater then it's a choice to check out and also introduce them to different cuisines
