Consistently delicious food and attentive, friendly service. Over the 15+ years as regular patrons we have always gone home full and happy. Love the fajitas- especially the fresh tortillas. Kudos to the team at the Germantown Mi Rancho ??
My girlfriend and I went yesterday evening and had such a good time. The chips and queso were delicious. The salsa was more of a let down. Had a a marinara consistency/taste. I would love to see a more smokey grilled flavor. The frozen margaritas were delicious. You can tell they use fresh fruit in them. We had Passion fruit, Mango, Peach, Banana and Strawberry.
To eat we had the Cheese and Shrimp enchilada, and the lobster tail Combinados a la Parrilla. Enchiladas...

I had a beef chimichanga and a golden Cadillac margherita. Both were good as well as the service. The only drawback was the temperature of the restaurant itself. I realize it was 95 outside, but you felt hardly any relief when you walked inside. That was the only thing. Otherwise it's a nice place to visit and have drinks and dinner.
