I ordered a XL pizza with pepperoni, sausage and chicken. The pizza was very good overall the only drawback for me personally was the chicken. I didn’t like its taste but that’s personal preference. Pizza was very good!

Pizza is delicious but 1. PRICEY and 2. They skimp HARD on toppings. They barely put any toppings on and surcharge you big time if you ask for extra

The Margarita, Portobello and Puttanesca are great options without meat.

We used to be regular customers at Milanos, making it a part of our family’s weekly “Pizza Thursday” tradition. Every Thursday, without fail, we’d order our favorite pizzas for delivery, and it became a fun ritual we all looked forward to, especially our three toddlers.

However, our experience took a sharp turn when Milanos messed up one of our orders. They offered a free pizza as an apology, but only for pick-up. With three young kids, delivery is not just a preference; it’s a necessity. Still, we appreciated the gesture and accepted their offer.

Fast forward a couple of months, we decided to claim that free pizza. Unfortunately, on the way to pick it up, I got a flat tire in the middle of a torrential thunderstorm. Stranded on the side of the road, I called Milanos to explain the situation. I even offered to pay for delivery and extra for the inconvenience, knowing how much my kids were looking forward to it.

What happened next was shocking and deeply disappointing. The manager got on the phone with an attitude that was beyond unacceptable. He was rude, dismissive, and showed absolutely no empathy for our situation. Instead of understanding and working with us, he coldly told me that if I chose not to pick up the pizza, I shouldn’t expect them to give us another one.

We are appalled at the complete lack of human decency and respect shown by Milanos. The way they handled this situation was entirely unnecessary and has lost them a loyal customer. We will not be ordering from a company that treats its customers with such disregard. If you’re looking for a pizza place that values and respects its customers, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

Very tasteful and only ten dollar's on Mondays.

We’ve been coming to milanos for the last few years and always had a good experience with them. Monday we asked them to make us 50 pizzas for an event and they really got everything done within the time frame we had talked about. Thank you and all your staff for the great work and great pizza

I tried milanos once and never again. I ordered their “ garlic knots “ and they did not taste like garlic knots should. ??
