Great service! The cashier was very friendly and helpful with trying to make a choice. I got the brisket sandwich (wet style - their term for the fattier cuts). The brisket was smoky and flavorful and tender and the smoky mountain bbq sauce really complemented it , giving a sweet, savory smoky taste. The dining area was very clean even though I didn’t dine in and ordered to go. I also received my food swiftly. Will definitely come back and try more food options. Looking forward to trying the pulled pork sandwich next!

My husband and I have always preferred this mission bbq place because we have always had good food and experience. However today was a totally different experience due to the food was given to me without my side being ready. Patiently waited for it and when received my husband said the brisket was cold and hard. So I approached the manager (I previously had a very salty pulled pork and she replaced it for a lesser saltier portion) so I asked her can you change the brisket it’s cold and hard/chewy. She says is the brisket not done right and I said that’s not what I said the brisket is cold and hard. She then called out a 1/4 pound of brisket and corrected her o ordered a 3 meat sampler plate. She did give me a new plate with what looked like the same brisket that I previously had. I did not get the appropriate customer service that I should had because we where treated differently that everyone else that comes in the place. To everyone is a courteous greet and happy. But we got here you go and that’s all. I will not be returning to this mission place again for my husband just to eat pulled pork and fries for almost 29 dollars is very upsetting the brisket was again really rough to bit and chew and dry.

I’ve always found Mission BBQ’s food to be good overall, and that’s why we’ve returned several times. However, we’ve noticed a troubling pattern recently. During our last few visits, we’ve consistently been given the drier, less desirable portions of brisket and the thinner, harder side pieces of cornbread. This wasn’t an issue when we first started coming, but now it seems like the quality of the portions we’re served has noticeably declined, and my wife is adamant that this been intentional. What’s even more frustrating is that other customers, based on the photos and reviews posted online, seem to receive larger, more tender pieces of brisket and cornbread. We’re not sure why we’re repeatedly given the lower-quality cuts, but it’s become very discouraging, especially since we know the chain prides itself on customer satisfaction. I’d like to see this addressed because we genuinely enjoy the flavors and would love to continue dining here. However, it’s hard to justify coming back if the quality of the portions doesn’t improve. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all customers receive the same high standard of food.

5 star service all the way! I fed a team of 25, called my order in the day before and arrived to pick it up. Several members of the team were working away on it. The associate at the register offered me a drink while I waited and when it was ready they even put my order on a cart and helped me get it to the car. My team were ecstatic and thrilled! Although productivity took a little bit of a dip after they ate... I think they all needed a nap after all the great food! 🤣

This place is magical! I went in for the first time today and I fell in love with this place, I will return. I ordered the pork and the chicken, it was so good. Their fries are even better. They have a spacious and friendly place, I noticed an outdoor terrace, I guess you can sit there. I would also like to know if we can place an order and have it delivered because I will order the pork! I was with my family we realy enjoyed! Food was so good at the point I forgot to take pictures. I remembered to take the picture when I finished eating, which is why you see an empty plate. 😊

This place was so good, Tony was amazing and Eleanor was super sweet, checking on us and being wonderful. Everyone here is always happy and always in a good mood and always wanting to make customers happy. This was my first time here and I will def come back! The food and dessert was amazing, never had a mud pie before and this blew my mind. The place is clean the service was great and food was fantastic, what more can I say!. Oh one more thing, the best Mac and Cheese I’ve ever had.

My experience continues to get better and better. I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Eleanor who introduced me to new items on the menu and they didn't disappoint! She was so kind and accommodating to my kids as well. This has become a neighborhood staple for us. Thank you Ms. Eleanor for the hospitality!

Mission BBQ is the best in comfort food. Everything on the menu is excellent and the service couldn't be more outstanding. It's also clean, quick, and well worth the cost.

Mission BBQ is a solid BBQ spot. They have all the traditional BBQ meats. A decent selection of side dishes. I've never gone there and not enjoyed my meal. I really love their Smoked Cheeseburger. My wife loves the Pulled Chicken Sandwich with some coleslaw on top. The only bad thing I could say about them is that they give you small pieces of cornbread. Overall, if you go to Mission BBQ you will be very happy with your meal. *The military/law enforcement/fire fighter theme of the restaurant is an A+.
