I ordered an hour before I arrived there 10 minutes before and a cashier simply said that I just ordered the food and they did not have the order. It is the first time that a cashier treats me that way in this place. I am very disappointed. If she doesn’t not have the skills, she should not be there.

It depends a lot on who is in charge in the kitchen, there are days when the food and dishes are well prepared, there are others like today when the food is tasteless, greasy and bad.

Horrible customer service. The manager is racist and was no help at all. This is the worst Noodles & Company location to eat at. Go to another one because the staff here doesn’t know how to treat people. I’ve been eating at Noodles & Company for years and have never had a complaint, but after visiting this branch, I can say the manager is the worst person I’ve encountered. Truly disappointing.

The food it's always good I have no complaint. I don't know if she is the manager.(white lady 5'6", skinny around 35s) good example of good service and working hard. There's only like two more employees that act like she. Sadly the rest always look very lazy, like they don't even wanna service you, When taking your order, when they give you the food, when you ask for something.

The new lemon garlic shrimp pasta dish was better than I expected. I had to ask for extra lemon wedges though because there wasn't that much lemon flavor to it.

Very quick service and quality serving sizes! Definitely one of my more positive experiences at a Noodles and Company.

We were kind of disappointed with them on our last visit. They got rid of the Alfredo Montamore dish, which was my wife favorite there. My wife ordered the new Alfredo dish and was disappointed to get almost no Alfredo sauce. The same goes with their Penne Rosa: almost no sauce. Apparently you have to order extra sauce, which you have to pay for. I'm sure it's an "anything to make an extra buck" mentality. I'm not sure if complaints to management will change anything.

I’d like to share my wonderful experience at Noodles & Company in Germantown. I visited on a Sunday morning with my two children, and from the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond. A team member named Samantha, who was working in the kitchen/expo area, noticed that I was juggling a bit with my kids. She immediately came over with coloring books and crayons to keep them entertained, which was a huge help. She stayed with us until I placed my order, making the entire experience so much smoother.

This level of service is exceptional, especially for a fast-casual restaurant. It really made a lasting impression on me. Not only will I continue visiting this location, but I’ll also be recommending it to anyone who asks.

The rest of the staff were great too. When I requested extra plates and forks to go, they were quick to accommodate without hesitation. And of course, the food was fresh and delicious, as always. Overall, a truly standout experience!

Noodles and Company is a delightful little gem for pasta lovers! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The menu offers a fantastic variety of noodle dishes, ranging from classic mac and cheese to exotic Asian-inspired flavors.

I decided to try the Penne Rosa, and it did not disappoint! The sauce was rich and creamy, perfectly balanced with a hint of spice, and the vegetables added a fresh crunch. My friend went for the Thai Chicken Curry, which was bursting with flavor and had just the right kick.

The service was friendly and efficient, and I appreciated how quickly our meals arrived. Plus, the option to customize your dish is a game-changer—I love being able to choose my protein and add extra veggies!

Don’t skip the garlic bread; it’s the perfect side to mop up every last bit of sauce. Overall, Noodles and Company exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return to try more dishes! Highly recommended for anyone craving a satisfying noodle fix!

We ordered a buffalo mac and cheese and a penne rosa on the app and picked it to go only to realize they had not made the pastas with any of the sauces and it was missing ingredients making both pastas very very bland. We called and talked to the manager Samantha and she rectified the situation right away! She immediately had someone deliver two freshly made delicious pastas along with alot of goodies to make up for her staffs blunder (new hires)! I quite honestly have not seen that level of customer service in a very long time! Samantha saved the day! Great location and great food! We will be back!

I had a small pad Thai. My partner had the large buttered noddles, and we shared 3 pieces of cheese garlic bread. Service was great, our food came out quickly and was very good.
