It depends a lot on who is in charge in the kitchen, there are days when the food and dishes are well prepared, there are others like today when the food is tasteless, greasy and bad.

The food it's always good I have no complaint. I don't know if she is the manager.(white lady 5'6", skinny around 35s) good example of good service and working hard. There's only like two more employees that act like she. Sadly the rest always look very lazy, like they don't even wanna service you, When taking your order, when they give you the food, when you ask for something.

We were kind of disappointed with them on our last visit. They got rid of the Alfredo Montamore dish, which was my wife favorite there. My wife ordered the new Alfredo dish and was disappointed to get almost no Alfredo sauce. The same goes with their Penne Rosa: almost no sauce. Apparently you have to order extra sauce, which you have to pay for. I'm sure it's an "anything to make an extra buck" mentality. I'm not sure if complaints to management...
