I can’t say enough good things about Paisano’s Germantown customer service. We had several orders over a long weekend for our volunteers. Staff was super helpful with changes to the order, applying tax exemption for our nonprofit, and answering questions. Food was delivered on time, good quality, reasonable price.

Take out lunch today 11Oct was exceptional. You must make this a choice not only for the superb pizzas but gyro is top. Clean friendly and helpful. All makes it even better. Pizzas is thin crust just right amount of toppings and terribly fresh. I choose pizza here better than any other specialty pizza any day. Thank you for making my day so good from such great pizza

Paisanos Pizza in Germantown has delicious food, great service, and wide variety of food offerings. I have been a loyal customer for several years, ordering from this location at least once a week. You get plenty of food, and the promotions they offer can’t be beat. I have placed several large/catering orders for parties or when the kids have friends over and they never disappoint. My orders (large or small) are always ready on time and sometimes they even bring my order out to my car when they see me driving up. I highly recommend this location.

Paisanos stands out as the leading pizzeria in town, distinguished by its exceptionally friendly, respectful, and caring team. Their pizza slices are always flavorful. The atmosphere is inviting for in-house dining, takeaway, or delivery, making it the ultimate destination for those seeking high-quality. I highly recommend this place.
The pizza was horrible and there wasn't any cheese on it and over sauced. And the steak and cheese had no meat in it. I called to let them know I would be bringing the stuff back as I had it delivered. She said she was the manager and that they could remake it. Expected me to wait additional time for a sandwich to be replaced. Then some guy calls and said he is the general manager. I said there's no way the way he yelled and kept talking over me as I tried to explain what happened. He wouldn't even allow me to speak but he did say he's not refunding anything. I said i will be reaching out to corporate and I will never go there again. Customer service is part of your product. There was no need to be rude or disrespectful. Good luck anyone who patrons this place. Customer service lacks. Just trying to get over on customers.
