I have been coming here to this location since it opened. Lately the food has not been that great. Not sure why. Today I have had the worst tasting Greek salad. The lettuce is spoiled.....

Panera needs to stick with what they know best. Breads, pastries etc. The hot Italiano was by far the worst sandwich I've ever eaten there. I threw out 3/4 of it. None of the hot sandwichs are worth the money, but this was awful. Stick with the bagged soups and salads.

I want to give a big shoutout to the amazing staff at Panera Bread! I accidentally left my backpack there after having a meal and didn't realize it until I got home. One of the staff members was kind enough to give me a call and even left a voicemail. Thanks to them, I was able to get my backpack back with everything still inside. I'm really grateful for their honesty and quick action. Thank you so much!

Picked up an online order and got my coffee and food but they put a cup out. The girl that put it out weirdly insisted that I give her the unused cup. Good and coffee were good but service was odd.

DO NOT GO HERE. Why do you think their stars are so low??? RUDE RUDE RUDE employees AND management when you bring them a concern. If I could give zero stars I would. I accidentally placed an order at the wrong Germantown location. Seneca Meadows refused to place my order at their location. I had a $2 off coupon, even after I canceled my order at the other location they told me it was gone forever and I could not use. Other Germantown location told me Seneca Meadows manager could just apply $2 credit so I could get my reward back. He told me he didn't know how to do that. HE LIED because he didn't want to fork over $2 - would that kill your business???? You would think I was asking for a free sandwich or something BUT I WAS NOT. POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They tried to embarrass me in front of other patrons and make me feel bad but others in line saw how rude they were. I have to go to corporate about this. Never have I been treated so poorly at a Panera before. I thought their brand was better than this...

I want to give a review to this Panera location because I always have a good experience here. The staff is so helpful, and they always accommodate any crazy order requests my young kids have! I really appreciate their kindness, and even when the food isn’t perfect, its still very yummy so we have definitely made this a regular spot for lunch and dinner!

Vegetarian options: Almost everything at this place is customizable.

Kid-friendliness: My kids are young and picky, and the staff here is really helpful in accommodating their requests when they can!

Definitely the worst Panera I've been to. Rude and dry staff, lack of professionalism. Not even a greeting by the person working the counter. No help from staff when confused about trying to find my order. Just cut and dry seem like they don't care about customers. Not used to a Panera that is run this way and will not be coming back.

The employees were extremely helpful and so very nice. Our food came out extremely quickly.
