One of the most unprofessional staff and managers that I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. Overall awful location.

Not a good Panera location. I have been to a lot of Paneras and eat there a few times a week but this one is subpar. My food was a lot more salty than it needs to be and customer service is slow.

The service is very good, they speak to you in Spanish and English, the food is very good, the only thing I think is that they do not have updated prices on the menu that appears on the website since I ordered a dish that was worth $7:99 and they charged me $11:30 but everything is excellent there

Probably the worst the Panera bread I have ever been too. The customer service is not up to far and the people look dirty.

The saddest Panera in Maryland, unhelpful staff and surprisingly bad food.

The manager this short pudgy white guy with glasses kept spying on me while I was drinking my coffee. He would circle me every 5 minutes or so asking if I would like to buy anything else. Each time I kept getting more frustrated and would politely but firmly say I'm not ready yet. He eventually just came out after about 30 minutes and told me if I'm not going to buy anything that I would have to leave. I told him I bought a coffee and I'm almost done with it.I will not be harassed while I'm trying to check my emails and enjoy a cup of coffee. 0/5

A very good bakery and coffee store with wi-fi that works well and good coffee and food. Located by the Germantown transit center and near a freeway exit. If you go out for coffee/soda often then join the Sip Club where you can get unlimited coffee/soda/tea for about 11-12 dollars a month (lot cheaper than Starbucks). Germantown does not have a whole lot of places to go so this place can be quite busy at times.

This may have been my first visit to this location. The place was busy, clean, and pleasant staff, especially the lovely lady expediting the food in the kitchen. We got our food pretty quickly, which was nice (unlike my experience at other locations). The food was delicious as always. It was a little heavy on the salad dressing. I just need to remember to order with dressing on the side.

The bathroom is terrible And the seating area is not clean it makes me wonder if the bathrooms look like they do what about how they handle your food clearly, the manager is not doing there job the bathroom should Be checked every so often paper on the floors toilet not clean it looks like a mess and I blame it on the manager on duty for that day
