I only ever do takeout, but the atmosphere isn’t anything special but I’m also not looking for that. The food is always great and consistent. Service staff is fine, they cover the basics, never unprofessional. I’ve had the Pho, the appetizers & the beef skewers and they always taste great! I usually order extra skewers to cover the amount of rice they give you.

I arrived to pick up a to go order. They could not find my name or number for it. They took my name number and order. After 10 minutes, a different server asked what I was waiting for. She pointed to an order with a different name and number written on it that had been sitting on a table since before I arrived. She said there must’ve been a mistake when taking the number down. I asked if I was supposed to take home the cold food. She asked if I wanted chopsticks. I said, I did not need extra chopsticks and would take the cold food, I guess. She stared at me for a few seconds and walked into the kitchen. I do not know if they always treat customers of disrespectfully, and with such a little concerned for quality.
