Definitely not a great experience but my expectations for a chain like this are quite low. The atmosphere was the usual look of &pizza but the service was not great in any sense.
I would not come back unless it was one of the few places open that was relatively fast which is why I ended up there in the first place.

The new Elote Loco that came out is firreeeee. I tried it today Soooo good!! Go get it before it's gone! Taste just like an elote! I need more unique pizzas like this from you guys!
I just want to give a shoutout to the employees who handled a mad rush today.I put my order in through the app and it gave an eta of 10 min. This was definitely not correct as it took about an hour due to the high volume of people wanting the deals today. Not the employees fault. The app needs to give realistic etas.But even with how busy and crazy the store was, the employees were kind and courteous. They handled an overwhelming situation very well and our pizzas still turned out great

Usually really good but this time they dropped the ball. Put onions on my pizza when I specifically said NO ONIONS!! Ruined my dinner plans AND no one picks up the phone to in order to provide a remedy. Could not and did not get a replacement pizza.
We had 4 different pizza. Spicy pepporoni, reg pepperoni, cheese and margarita pizza. All were pretty good. Flavorfull and different. My son said it tasted like a sub and a pizza combined. Lol. Highly recommend this place. It took less then 5 mins to make the pizzas. My kids loved all 4 pizzas. 12 bucks for each pizza

Left my food on the cement with ants and did not knock nor ring the doorbell so I could get my food off the dirty cement. I trashed it.
