This Pizza Hut is by far one of the most friendly locations I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. I am greeted with a smile and they know me by name... So yeah, I'm in there a lot! I'm literally trying to think of any issue I've had here and I can't think of any in the last 2 years since I've moved to the area. Ordering again right now.

The manager Bruce here at the germantown location was very helpful and nice. He made sure my family’s order was fixed and made to perfection. He handled the situation with perfect customer service.

The pizza was really good and the service was great. I don’t often order from Pizza Hut but I was happy I found one close to my house that seemed to actually care about their customers. I’ll be ordering again from them!
