I recently visited this sandwich restaurant and was delighted. The food was delicious and fresh, and the service was simply amazing. I want to especially shout out Valentina, the girl at the cashier, for her kindness and diligence. She was very attentive and professional, which made my experience even better. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it!
Update: meatball sandwich was good last visit. Tables need some cleaning, though.
It's hit and miss. Sometimes good, sometimes sandwiches poorly made, not cut in half all the way, lacking filling - e.g. meatball sandwich with small bits of meatball - sometimes chicken salad is watery and makes the bread soggy. But usually the clubbies are OK. Never had any problem with the staff, who seem friendly and helpful (and I'm not white).

Our office recently ordered from the Germantown restaurant. We had a large order (71 boxed sandwiches). Everything was perfect! Food was great and the on-line ordering worked well. I would also like to mention, the Manager Terry, did an outstanding job to ensure we were taken care of and received quality food and customer service.
