Sports ambiance from the TVs is a guy's perfect place to eat great quality burgers with the best topping options. Bottomless fries makes RR a favorite for my kid.

A while back our server was June, and for my daughter’s birthday we went to get Red Robin and she was super kind and sweet to her. She was very quick and friendly, even cracking a few jokes before we left. I 100% recommend coming here.

Do not order food to go 1 hour before they close. I live 5 minutes from this place and there is no reason why when i get home my fries are cold and not fresh, Like they have been sitting out for a while, gross. The burger was not made well, like it was thrown together last minute. The appetizer was burnt and overcooked.

Great service and food
Long ago music artist Jerry Reed made famous a song titled - "When You're Hot, You're Hot!". During one of his performances on TV, Jerry Reed forgot one of the lines to his song and simply ad-libed…"When You're Hot, You're Hot!". It was the beginning of the holiday weekend and we thought we'd treat our grandchildren to dinner at one of their favorites - Red Robin in Germantown, MD. I should preface this review by saying "I never send food back to the kitchen for errors" - it's a well tested process - I've experienced the results. We had previously been to the restaurant and due to that experience and the great weather, we opted to dine out on the patio. The order was simple, 2 child portions of hamburgers; one - adult "Keep It Simple" burger and finally, "Everything Chicken Caesar Wrap". The young man serving us could not have been more attentive with suggestion, readiness and willingness to serve and repeated check in our our needs. A brief while went by and the meal was served. I looked at my choice of Keep It Simple burger and salivated. Perfectly cooked (medium well) on a brioche bun and a mound of Red Robin's famous fries. I took a bite of the juiciest burger and to my surprise, the burger and the fries - at most were warm - and not hot! So, next time your dining at Red Robin in Germantown or anywhere for that matter - remember - When You're Hot, You're Hot! -and if it isn't speak up - but maybe not send it back… ugly things might happen.

Went to Germantown Red Robin and had a wonderful experience. We actually went there two days in a row due to soccer tournament in the area. The first was with a large group/party. The sever June was FANTASTIC. She handled the party great constantly bringing out fries and keeping drinks full. The manager and even the host were great in accommodating when we had extra people. The next day was just my family and we had June again- she was still overly kind and absolutely wonderful. The drinks were never empty and it was an awesome experience.

Have been to Red Robin many times but today’s experience was one of the best I have had. Mia, our server was very kind and brought great energy all throughout our experience. She was very helpful in suggesting food and serving us with warm smile. Thank you for making this experience worthwhile to come again! Overall the food was cooked as good as expected and served to our table within minutes!
