I am not convinced this is real beef, if it is the cooking oil destroyed the taste. Ordered a Door Dash delivery for the order. The driver was able to pickup quickly, and delivered VERY fast to the Spark Hilton Hotel. Unfortunately the meal tasted old, and the oil made it worse. This was the first time trying Red Robin for my wife and I, and it will probably be our last.

Great turkey burger, as always. Great sides and great service. I totally appreciate that in this world where everyone seems to have moved away from the turkey burger, Red Robin not only still serves it, it also still serves a superior burger. As long as the turkey burger is on the menu, I'll keep coming back.

Red Robin Germantown is by far the best in the area! I ordered take out from the restaurant yesterday (Saturday 3/30/24)! I ordered the Whiskey River BBQ Chicken Wrap with the steak fries. It was hot and fresh! Their was some miscommunication with their automated ordering system. The staff took care of it right away! They were professional and prompt! I will be going back soon! Management is doing such a great job!

HORRIBLE experience. ANYONE who is reading this do NOT come at this location. My partner and I had to move 3 different times to other tables because the first few tables we were at, they were extremely messy and we found ANTS crawling in our napkins, seats , and a ant was crawling on my partners shirt and thank GOD I pointed it out because it was so close to going inside her shirt. Picture BELOW is one of FEW many ants that we found. Additionally, we told our server young man with curly hair and glasses to make our burgers medium rare and when we got our burgers they were well done which is not acceptable and not what we ordered. On top of that I got a Oreo shake and once I received it , it looks NOTHING like the picture, in the picture it shows that’s the Oreo has whipped crème and Oreo pieces on top of it and mine did not have any of that. This location needs to be shutdown and the ants is a serious health and food hazard and this location needs to be infected by the health inspector.

Great burgers with interesting toppings. bottomless fries/sides. Kid-friendly atmosphere (lots to look at, video games at the table, kid menu).Although the ads and menu advertises bottomless fries/sides, in my experience you won't be offered any refills, but instead you'll be asked "how are you doing?" which shows a lack of employee training, or just poor speech, as it is not an appropriate question. "Can I bring you more fries, or refill your drink?" is what I want to hear. Better yet, just bring more fries. Of course I want more.

Unfortunately it seems like the last several times I've come in, which is usually after 9pm, I've received less than stellar service. Last night I arrived at about 9:15. I sat myself at the bar. The bartender was talking with one of the two tables he had, I was the only guest at the bar. A few minutes later the bartender asked if he could get me anything, I ordered a beverage and asked him to put in a short stack of onion rings for me. He gave me my drink then walked away. I was never offered a menu. When my onion rings arrived, I had no silverware or napkins, and still hadn't been offered a menu. My onion rings were not hot, but I ate then anyway. Eventually I was offered a menu, and then I had to flag down the bartender to take my order. I specifically requested "fresh hot" fries, as the last couple times I'd visited, I'd been served fries that had clearly been sitting around. When my burger arrived, I was not given ketchup or seasoning, and had to go get my own from another table. The fries were hot this time, but NOT fresh. They had clearly been pre-cooked, then tossed in the fryer to get them hot. My burger was fine, but the bun was stale. I can't help but feel like the staff is more focused on their side work and closing up, than the guest experience later in the evening.

I always Dine in with the occasional pick-up. My disappointment yet again is that l have earned ZERO Rewards points to Redeem!! Bills of $50-$80.per visit and more with Guests!! Yet Again.NO Rewards Points! Even when l am various cities!? NO POINTS YET!!.AND WE KEEP COMING AND TIPPING! BUT AFTER TODAY WE FIND ANOTHER BURGER&PIZZA JOINT. THANKS!
