I love Ritas and it's the only close one. The only down fall about this Ritas is the location. Hidden in a sketchy back area. So makes you want to take it home. But it's still Ritas so it's good. I got the Cotton Candy Gelati with Gummy Bears(PS my own creation not how it came out)

I have stopped by this Ritas a handful of times. After Friday, Sept 22nd I am never going back. I got a frozen drink. Cherry. There were small specks of plastic or something not edible in my drink. I have pictures but don't know how to attach them. Gross and disgusting. And cost me $4.25 plus tip.Yuck. Buyer beware here.
I got a chocolate custard and afy3r 1 bite threw it away. It tasted like something was wrong. Not fond of the rat trap right in front of the window or the ants crawling around it either. Not goi8ng back.

Most disgusting Rita’s I’ve been to. The product tasted funny and management/staff were extremely rude off the bat. Save your money and go a bit further to a good tasting Rita’s.
Good treats. Could open another service window on a Sunday afternoon to reduce customer waits. The patio area is only benches. No tables or umbrellas. Concrete patio is dirty with lots of used chewing gum mashed into it

Great Frozen custard. The best. The people at the counter, however, are extremely annoying. They're on their phone talking and they expect you to know who they're talkin to when they're not speaking to you. Their management needs to impose upon them a restriction of not having their phone in their hand when serving customers because that is simply rude and inappropriate service behavior! Courteousness is also lacking, as well. Big surprise. If it were just for the quality of the Frozen Custard, the rating would be top-notch.
