Inside look dirty and slow to respond
Been here a couple of times and have always met with the friendliest of staff but the person who was there today manning the window was the most unfriendly person I’ve come across in a while. He had a weird attitude and it seemed like he didn’t want to be there. And like someone wrote a few weeks ago, he didn’t greet either not to talk of even smiling. Just very weird vibes. Would rather drive a little further to the Gaithersburg even though this location is closer. No thanks!
Free ice cream for Spring coming in, it was a great day.
Went for the first time today. He didn’t even greet, nor say a single word to me, had his AirPods in. The thing that is upsetting is that he didn’t give me the correct flavor.
Bought 4 things. All were delicious the strawberry shortcake was my favorite ?

They need more cashiers more help. Big crazy lines because they are short staffed. I feel bad for that 1 person. Please send more help.

I love Ritas and it's the only close one. The only down fall about this Ritas is the location. Hidden in a sketchy back area. So makes you want to take it home. But it's still Ritas so it's good. I got the Cotton Candy Gelati with Gummy Bears(PS my own creation not how it came out)

I have stopped by this Ritas a handful of times. After Friday, Sept 22nd I am never going back. I got a frozen drink. Cherry. There were small specks of plastic or something not edible in my drink. I have pictures but don't know how to attach them. Gross and disgusting. And cost me $4.25 plus tip.Yuck. Buyer beware here.
I got a chocolate custard and afy3r 1 bite threw it away. It tasted like something was wrong. Not fond of the rat trap right in front of the window or the ants crawling around it either. Not goi8ng back.
