The Roy Rogers on Thomas Jefferson Drive has yet again provided amazing service to the American Red Cross blood drive in Frederick Maryland. I know it would be easy to "just give food", but the group of people in this Roy's do it with a compassion and professionalism that is just perfect. Our site provided the Red Cross with fifty units of blood today and the Roy's is an integral part of that accomplishment. Their donation allows our medical team to work through lunch and dinner to make the most of the time that is available. So, THANKS AGAIN to the Roy Rogers team on Thomas Johnson Drive. Good Customer Service. Hot delicious food made fresh. Sandwich & Fries were excellent and prepared as requested. Strawberry Shortcake was amazing as always.
Awful food!! The person behind the counter is not making the food right!! If I only took a picture of the steak and cheese which looked like I could make at home!! Barely any steak cheese slapped in there with no melt on a small hoagie bread, then gave me salty over greased fries!! I gave them back that fake steak and cheese and the manager took my change without even given it to me!!

The WORST Roy Rogers I’ve ever been to. Only person at the restaurant during peak time and it take 10 minutes to order “they told me they’d be with me but it took 10 minutes.” Then I ordered and it was another 15 minutes to get my food with employees slowly ambling about without purpose. I will not be back! Oh, and they got my order wrong because they were too busy focusing on whatever else they were doing!
It's alright midz wouldn't come back. Edible, Royal Farms has better chicken.
