Royal Bagel Bakery & Deli

I'm originally from New Jersey and these are some of the best bagels I've had since moving down here. They are delicious and wonderful. Staff is always nice, friendly, and helpful.

Royal Bakery in Germantown is truly a hidden gem—you’d never find it unless you knew where to look, but it’s absolutely worth discovering! I recently ordered a red velvet cake from them on short notice, and they not only accommodated my request but exceeded all expectations.

The cake was stunningly beautiful, perfectly moist, and had the most amazing flavor. I brought it to a birthday party, and it was the star of the celebration! I lost count of how many compliments I received—everyone was impressed and kept asking where I got it.

The staff at Royal Bakery were kind, professional, and so easy to work with. It’s clear they take pride in their craft and truly care about their customers. If you’re looking for top-notch baked goods with exceptional service, Royal Bakery is the place to go. I can’t wait to try more of their creations!

I used to love this place, for 10+ years it was always my go to for fresh delicious bagels however the ownership has changed over the years. I went the other day to get the same bagel order I always get and it was awful. The bagels are not fresh anymore and it was so hard I could barely chew it. Sad to see this place go downhill.

The absolute best spot for your breakfast in germantown, fresh bagels, great pricesfriendky staff, and they have jalapeño bagels!

For real, go and get a toasted jalapeño bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese. You will not be disappointed.

They also offer an amazing selection of sweets ranging from cookies to cakes.

My mom wanted a bagel breakfast sandwich, so I decided to come and get one for her and dad. I ordered a bagel and cream cheese for myself. I waited a long time and even noticed people after me getting their orders before me. Even one of the workers noticed and asked what I had ordered. I decided to let the issue of the long wait go and went to bring the food to my parents. Once I arrived, I found that instead of getting a bagel and cream cheese, they gave me a bagel with egg and cheese. This had me really upset as I waited so long for a wrong order. I decided to drive back to have the order fixed. The employee apologized and said they will make me another bagel. I asked them how they were going to make it right since I waited so long the first time, only to have to make the drive back due to their error. The employee asked what I wanted, I said to give me a chocolate chip cookie. Another employee piped in and said no. They went to the supervisor who came back and said they can offer me a donut, the cheapest item they have. Well I didn't want a donut as I bought some donuts when I originally ordered. After a take it or leave it attitude, I said just give me a refund. I was so upset that after all of my waiting and troubles they could care less of making it right. They processed the refund for the bagel and kept the original bagel and egg they incorrectly made and the 2nd bagel they made to correct the order. So they wasted two bagel meals, trashing it, because they couldn't be bothered with customer service and making amends for their error. Needless to say that I won't be back. I also acknowledge they could care less about this review because they will continue to have customers regardless of this review.

Small space but amazingly delicious bagel! They pack on the cream cheese too! I didn’t indulge, but their bakery items were so very tempting! Fresh and delicious looking. Can’t wait to go back.
