I take my son for his birthday they sits us with another family ,, but the chefs was lost he was giving ours orders to the other family and ended he give us haft the amount off food we was paying for I don’t recommend this place ,, or check who’s the chefs also he burned the vegetables,,

It’s better to come on here during weekdays, the weekends get far too crowded & the wait time is insane. It takes forever to get seated. The food is really good though and the staff is funny

Hospitality is so hard to find but i must say this place was really good to me and my family. They showed us good customer service still exists. After practice we came in late not realizing they closed in 30 mins they sat us down served us and entertained us. Everyone was polite. I am thankful we stopped in. You guys made our family dinner night amazing. Not to mention the cook was amazing and fun!

My friend got food poisoning from the sushi here… Service was friendly and quick, but overall very disappointed with our visit.

Food is alright but this establishment is racist and discriminatory mainly towards black people so I wouldn’t eat in, more like to go. They also charge gratuities, the bigger the group, the more it is (each check) so no need to tip when it’s already included with the cost of the food

The atmosphere of the restaurant has evolved with time, but the quality of the staff and the food has been maintained at a very high level. Great place.

We were traveling from NJ to Maryland to visit family and we all decided to visit the place.
The chef who came to our table didn’t entertain us, cooked the food with a long face and that too wasn’t as good as we have had in other restaurants. He served the food and just left.

I asked for medium cooked steak and got well done and they still charged me for it and I didn’t eat it. Everyone else’s steak was over cooked but they ate it so I understand

Great place to take the family for a first time treat. They cook the in front of you. Some of the chefs have fun cooking routines that wows the crowd.

Frankly, I wish I can give 0 star.
We went there for a birthday party.
They have us seat on a 9 people unwashed table with wet chairs, mess up filthy carpet full of waste rice grains and drink from a broken greasy cup.

I never seen or encountered that in a US restaurant. The manager has been ghosted the entire dinner after facing the cruel reality.
The food was just fine we couldn't really enjoy ourselves.

I usually tip well, above average but the service was one of the poorest
especially when we ate there... I will never recommend this place !!!

This is my third time visiting this place ,but yesterday kind of left me bitter I made a reservation for nine people , the staff was very young and unprofessional even tho they were very polite . Our table was very dirty but was taking care of after a couple complaints. The food is always good and the chef always fun.

Vegetarian options: Sautéed veggies with fresh sautéed mushrooms.

We went yesterday, one of the hottest days of the year to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The staff that waited on us, including the bartender, waitress and chef were great. Overall, the food was good, but, in my opinion could have used a bit more seasoning. Also, appreciative of the "free" piece of cheesecake for my daughter. . .
Now, for the not so good review:
1) The air conditioner was not working. It was very hot without the grill going, and once the cooking commenced, it was so hot that many of us had sweat dripping down our face! There was only one fan going for all the tables in the establishment. It was terrible, and you don't feel like eating when it is so uncomfortable!
2) We asked for the manager to come over. She stated, "upper management told us that they would have to "redo" the whole building to fix the air conditioning"! So what does that mean? Will it always be like this? She apologized and moved the single fan near our table! What kind of establishment is this? As we we were leaving, there was a table of about 8 people who sat down. After hearing and seeing that the air did not work, they walked right out! (I cannot blame them)
Overall, you cannot blame the staff, however, there are things that may have been done to at least improve the situation! I will not be going back there anytime soon.

I come here occasionally but it seems like overtime the quality of their habachi food is going down. Food is starting to taste more bland & bland

However yesterday I tried their sushiii and it was amazing!!!!!

Is a decent spot if you’re looking for the habachi experience in the Germantown area.
