It was our daughters birthday dinner that she picked out. We asked for the special that they do for birthdays. Hostess said she would let the staff know. It never happened. They either forgot or didn't mention it to our waiter, etc.Our food was underwhelming at most. Overcooked chicken, undercooked scallops, and everything was overloaded with salt.Waiter was silent, no personality. He looked like he was miserable. All he said was thank you 20x.You pay high prices for hibachi for the show. I can go to an Asian takeout for 12.95 a person if I'm not going to get entertained.Very disappointed. Will not be back and we wouldn't recommend going.

Friendly and professional staff. Price is between $30 and $35 for the teppanyaki. There's some waiting on the weekends for dinner. Leo was our teppanyaki chef - he's funny and cooks the perfect steak and scallops! Will definitely return.

My husband and I visited last weekend for the first time, and it was pretty good. They were understaffed the night we came, so our bartender was running around trying to help his colleagues. Not a huge deal, but it did make out wait a little longer. I’m assuming this is why the restaurant was in disarray; not dirty, but unorganized. Those are my only suggestions, everything else was great! Our bartender was very nice and made us laugh the entire time. The food was delicious! I’d definitely like it if they started offering noodles with their teppanyaki, but it was still good regardless. The cocktails are also good, and very strong. It was a nice experience for the most part. We would definitely return!

The food is alright kinda salty in my opinion so I recommend getting the white rice. The service is very minimal. Which is probably bc they were busy when I went. I had a reservation but the hostess took 20 minutes to come help us. There wasn't a lot of smiles from the workers there which is annoying but it's understandable. The ambiance of the place is alright nothing that fancy going on. I wouldn't go back again unless I was invited.

We have been going to this location for years. On this occasion, the place was packed, the service was amazing, and the show was entertaining. We were a party of 4 seated with another party of 6. They were fun to be table mates. Our food was delicious as ever. 2 scallops entrees, 1 steak & shrimp, and 1 chicken & shrimp. My absolutely favorite thing here is chicken livers!!!! Don't judge. Everything was cooked to perfection. Great experience, great food, and great company.

Very disappointed in this place, it's been in business for a while and we had never eaten there until this evening. I got the hibachi seafood combo and my wife got the teriyaki steak. 1st we walk in expecting a hibachi grill and the grills were all closed and had boxes and other stuff being stored on top of them. We were a little apprehensive but decided to try it anyway. Well let's start with my meal, the shrimp, scallops and lobster were all cooked from frozen, if I want Walmart seafood I could have bought it and did it myself self. The scallops and shrimp and lobster were so overcooked it was almost choked me. My wife's teriyaki steak was just a steak over onions in a hot plate with lots of teriyaki sauce on it, and bland. The wait staff was amazing, so we did tip her well. I think this place needs help from Gordon Ramsey or someone, prices way too high. Oh yeah the Coors light was delicious!!!!

The cook was amazing and engaged with my kids. He was very cautious and communicative about food allergies and sensitivities. Our server was also great. Recommended delicious drinks and described a la cart options from the menu very well.I'm definitely coming back.

Pretty standard teppan setup with excellent service and really good food. The fried rice was solid and the cut of meat was really good. Not a lot of teppan options in the area but this is the best one I have been to.

We have eaten here at Sakura Japanese Steak, Seafood House and Sushi Bar for almost two decades. Love the food and the service we receive each time we come. I recommend that you make a reservation as some nights they are extremely busy.Tonight we ordered various hibachi items. Personally I had the filet and shrimp. Love the mixture of surf and turf. You have a choice of fried rice or white rice, and an appetizer (shrimp, mushrooms or chicken livers). You get the miso soup and a salad. The dressing is excellent. For dipping sauces you can get yum yum sauce or a ginger sauce. I prefer two orders of the yum yum sauce, but have had the ginger sauce in the past. Chef also cooks up vegetables, which is very good.Chef is excellent. Checks each person to make sure they have the correct order and the temperatures of any meat orders. Fried rice is excellent and the "show" he puts on is a lot of fun for all kids and people of all ages. The server who is responsible for taking our orders and bringing drinks was very good. Quick to bring refills and clean empty dishes.Overall a great experience. Love to eat here. Others in my party always have left overs, but not me. Too good.Enjoy!Kid-friendliness: Great show for kids but warn them of the flambe fire at the beginning!

I've always liked hibachi style restaurants but there's something about Sakura that separates them from the others in the area. It seems the food has more flavor and is better seasoned than a few other known places in the area. Everyone last night agreed, as we came here for a birthday celebration. I really enjoyed my combination of filet mignon, shrimps and scallops with fried rice. Everyone else. To be enjoying their food as well. Service was good as always and timely once seated. We'd definitely come back to this location and they even gave us plates for our cupcakes we brought in. Thank you for a nice experience!
