I came to this Starbucks thinking that I made my order here, I did it at another one…and Sherman walked the extra mile in Customer service and told me that they were doing my order there…that is the reason that I don’t change Starbucks for anything. Sherman was cleaning his area because he was done with his shift and did something that I was not expecting…and I consider OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE…thanks Sherman and Jackie…you guys Rock!!!

Starbucks in the Kingsview Shopping Center is awesome! I normally drive the extra mile to this location because they make the drinks very well! The staff is professional and friendly.

I been coming here for the past 7 years and I have many great things to say about this store. But recently one employee stood out more than any in the past 7 years his name is Kevin he always treats people with so much respect and kindness. He is a great young man and it’s truly a highlight of my day every morning.

A+++ service, this morning I was greeted by Shervin, one of the baristas, his energy brightened my day, good to know there’s still some good on this earth haha. I entered the store and I was hit with the immediate “Good morning sir, how can I help you today?” With an ear to ear smile, now that’s what I call good service. I think I found my new go-to Starbucks. Great Coffee, great food, and especially great customer service. P.S. get the ham and Swiss croissant, thank me later XD.

The barista was great. I didn't get his name, but had great energy. I would come back for the service alone. Just fyi, they were out of some fan favs like the Gouda breakfast sandwich, but the drink was tasty.

The staff here are horrible. This place is relatively close to me and I never want to come here because of how badly I am treated. I was not properly greeted and when I was acknowledged, I was asked “what do you want to order?” Needless to say, I will not be returning here no matter how much I typically enjoy Starbucks. This place needs new staff and I’d management does not care of the quality of customer service then this is not a good representation of Starbucks.
