Someone has to be fired, either the manager for poor training of the baristas or the baristas that literally have no clue what they’re doing. I had one person in front of me and waited 15-20min just to get my BLACK COFFEE. 🤦♂️

What a delightful surprise today: a fabulous Caramel Macchiato & delightful ham & cheese croissant. Quality coffees @Starbucks seem to be hit or miss these days. Sometimes, they're plain awful. Not so, at the Starbucks in Target, in Germantown. My coffee was piping hot & prepared perfectly. My croissant was fresh & delicious. Service was friendly & quick. Atmosphere in Target was, well, it's in Target. 100% satisfied. Highly recommend.

The customer service is terrible at this location. I visited this place on Dec 13th and there were only 2 customers but they gave me wrong coffee. The company has too big to manage and maintain quality.

This licensed Starbucks at Target has a limited holiday menu- no egg nog latte.
I stopped by the Starbucks to treat myself but the refrigerator had just broken and the barista was really busy trying to relocate items for food safety. She asked me to come back and when I did, she comped my drink just for returning, which was so sweet of her and she did not need to do that! I was having a really hard day and her kindness totally made me feel better -- thank you, Kathy! ❤️
