The customer service is terrible at this location. I visited this place on Dec 13th and there were only 2 customers but they gave me wrong coffee. The company has too big to manage and maintain quality.

I stopped by the Starbucks to treat myself but the refrigerator had just broken and the barista was really busy trying to relocate items for food safety. She asked me to come back and when I did, she comped my drink just for returning, which was so sweet of her and she did not need to do that! I was having a really hard day and her kindness totally made me feel better -- thank you, Kathy! ❤️

This Target location is fine. Staff are running around busy. But when I got to the Starbucks counter the staff member was friendly and mixed a perfectly refreshing drink. Watching him blend the frapacinno was like watching a burrito master finish a wrap. The foam was topped off high and looked like it couldn't possibly fit but everything was measured perfectly, capped and served. Thanks!

Ridiculously nice people, I mean really nice, but too often mobile orders end up taking 10 to 15 minutes. I live 8 minutes away, order when I leave home but still sometimes end up waiting for 5 or so minutes even when I don't see tons of people there. Also, I don't understand why they put that green plug in the coffee lids when so many people just throw it out immediately - maybe it should just be something that people decide for themselves.
