The staff is always friendly and cheerful and know my order when I pull up. They work hard and efficiently. I always order carmel macchiato almost every morning via door dash, uber eats or drive thru.
Very clean inside and well kept. Room for wheelchair chairs.

Always visit this store every time I come to Germantown Library after grabbing bagels from Safeway. All the staff are friendly and nice. Love the atmosphere here, especially in early morning.
Ordered Caffè Misto (extra hot) and the staff gave double cups. So considerate!

Ordered on ubereats coffee and coffee cake. They included the bag for the coffee cake but not a crumb inside. Cake is $5 and uber added 2$ as a rebate for my next order. Safe to say I will be disputing the charge. Who in their right mind puts an empty bag inside a delivery bag not realizing the bag is empty. I also ordered a decaf and this coffee does not taste like decaf. Horrendous. Deleting the app and not shopping at this establishment any more.

I was the only customer in this place at 6:30 am. There were 4 people working and no one asked my order. After 8 minutes I said am I invisible? Seriously horrible service.

I feel robbed. Every time I go to a different Starbucks I never have any issue with them and the staff is decent so I don’t know why every time I go something has to happen.
I opened my drink halfway through my ride home and my drink is not even full. I feel robbed for paying 5.99 and not even having a filled drink, I know it doesn’t have to be all the way full but this is by far the lowest it’s been. A friendly piece of advice to others, maybe open your drink to see if it’s at least half way full. I’m so sad

I can't believe I'm reviewing a Starbucks but it was a really pleasant experience when I was having a bad day. Staff were super friendly, drinks were on point and on time, and my food order was perfect. They were super busy but still went out of their way to make sure everyone had been helped and was getting what they were waiting for. Not sure how they kept up so well well never seeming frantic but I came out in a better mood than I came in.

Terrible service and clear negligence. I ordered after one person, but the baristas made drinks for 6+ people who came after me — all with multiple drinks. I waited the whole time for just an iced espresso. Completely ignored.

It's 90 degrees out and I'm just trying to cool off.

I didn't have a good experience, I go to the counter to order a drink with my mother and there was this girl (Chloe) she didn't greet us which is here nor there.. we ordered a hot drink .. it comes out cold and my mother informed another girl than handed us the drink that it was supposed to be hot.. the girl says oh! No problem I can fix that for you. The girl that took the order said no she didn't say hot looks at us and rolls her eyes.. her attitude was uncalled for a simple mistake by her not paying attention. We sat and drank ,while she stook there making us uncomfortable.

Last time I was here the service was wonderful, Drink was served perfectly. Today i'm very disappointed. Order: LG light ice caramel macchiato w/2 shots. Was confused for 1st time ever it was not stirred. I have bought literally hundreds of these. Asked 1st if it was mine because it was labeled: Iced Doppio? Confusing me. They confirmed yes. Asked it they could pls stir it. They said I could stir it! Full cup...messy! We all know that. Too frustrated to say anything...I did. Of course...a big mess...not sure I will come back here again...unless I knew the other crew would be here. 😡😡😡

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years now and I’ve never had a problem with the workers, BUT one, her name is Erica and she’s racist and rude!!! She needs to get fired ASAP! She acts like I can’t pay for my coffee and she’s always gave me a horrible attitude and I’ve noticed she treats white client’s better than other minorities. I’ve been treated horribly by Erica at this Starbucks location and something needs to be done! This is NOT okay, I shouldn’t be treated rudely for no reason while trying to buy my coffee like I always do. I love Starbucks and it’s sad there are workers like Erica who ruin my experience. Just avoid Erica at all costs!!!
