Having a tough time processing the interaction I witnessed that an employee had with a customer. The customer was very polite and explained that he was traveling and that a Starbucks up the road gave him the wrong drink, and asked if this Starbucks could make the correct one for him. The barista didn’t know how to respond so she turned to her, supervisor? He was very blunt and forceful with his answer and said something like, “we don’t do that here, you’ll have to go back to the Starbucks you got the drink from”. The customer stated that they weren’t going to be driving back in the other direction just for that, and that it shouldn’t matter, and that it’s all Starbucks. What I found odd was the “supervisor “ said that this was a private Starbucks and that the customer was welcome to try any other one but this one. I’ve never heard of a private Starbucks lol. Anyways, they refused to help the customer who then left visibly frustrated. I guess the point of this review is that employees are visibly afraid of their supervisor, and the supervisor basically intimidated a customer out of their store who asked for help.

Been to competing coffee shops in the area. Many have terrible service. This Starbucks is always fully staffed, fast, and personable. No drive through here, but I can get in and out faster than sitting in the drive through at other coffee shops, so this Starbucks gets my repeat business. Keep it up!

Man, these baristas are always working hard like crazy for the crazy person who's gonna order - "upside down frapacinno with java chips on top"... Love this place 😍. Always get my order right with a smile and never too late. One of the best locations out there. My go to. Glad they r finally making some changes on the long wait line and free refills!!!

0 stars - The amount of ice that was added to my drink was just DISRESPECTFUL and when you contact Starbucks for a refund all they have to say is “ they can remake your drink “ and refund is giving in store credit smh I feel robbed 🤣🤣🤣🤣 asking for no ice is a MUST at this point im scared to even ask for light ice

Very disappointed. I have never had an iced drink with this much ice. I literally paid over $7 for a cup of ice. Another person in my party got a pistachio hot coffee and it tasted like watered flown coffee.
I did not realize this Starbucks didn’t have a drive through which negated the convenience I needed at the time. But, otherwise it was a fine experience.

This starbucks continually keeps watering down their refreshers! I have been ordering a trenta over the last two years and more recently it's been extremely disappointing how watered down they have made the refreshers!
