Subway in Germantown

“Ordered delivery through the app plenty of times (they’re contracted with DoorDash). Food is always decent (decent, not great). This time I put the wrong address in… somehow added the Subway store address as the delivery address instead of my home. The dasher promptly contacted me and graciously remedied the issue. Grateful for their kindness and spirit of customer service. “

“The food is always bread so yummy good, Many moons ago I worked in the fast food industry for many moons did I mention moons. I don't think I have said moon this many times in a review if ever. ....customer service is their number 1 priority. I have been twice maybe even even three times lady and before a full moon i will return“

“I always love subway for their simple and fast prepared sub. Love their Italian Herb bread with Veggie patties, chipotle ranch , mayo , spices and few more. But w.r.t this store, Initially there was a staff who was rough and tough and was not friendly. But on a recent visit looks like the interior is also changed and the rep is also changed. Initially I always used to see that one person who wasn’t kind but now are two different people to help. They were friendly and kind. Posting some pics of the changed interior.“

I am so very grateful for the kindness and delightful energy at this location. It was much needed after a long and very emotional day! “Went here the other night because we were hungry and did not want to eat junk. This subway is like the rest, a good value for a decent meal. But the people that are employed there are always nice, always welcoming and seem to care about what they are doing which is a nice touch these days.“
