We ordered 4 footlong subs for delivery by Doordash. 2 subs were identical and were supposed to be: toasted with onions, black olives, green pepper..oil and vinegar, mustard and extra mayo. We received the 2 untoasted, onions oil and vinegar. How hard is it to follow instructions? This is the 2nd time it has happened here and Doordash only credited $5 for 2 footlongs.

I just left this location! I received a coupon in the mail, so I decided to get a couple of sandwiches. First off the guy dropped the knife. He picked it up to wash it, THEN used the same wet gloves to make my sandwiches. I was thinking “ok the germs will die once it gets in the oven”. After he made it I gave him the coupon and he said the coupon machine wasn’t working and I asked “why not?” It’s the shoulder shrug and the nonchalant tone that did it for me. I could have paid the $24, but it was just annoying so I told them I didn’t want the sandwiches. Someone needs to take their staff through customer service training.

I had the honor and pleasure to be served by the two beautifully wonderful women working this evening. My sandwich "The elite chicken & bacon ranch" on ghost pepper bread was perfectly made. I am so very grateful for the kindness and delightful energy at this location. It was much needed after a long and very emotional day! Thanks ladies!! 🙏🏾 😁😁😉🙏🏾 will most definitely return soon!! 💯👍🏾 They take coupons too!! 😁
These subway prices are getting ridiculous. The sandwiches are so good, but 3 footlongs was $42 before I used coupons. What happened to $5 foot long? Everything is getting so overpriced.

AVOID. Awful in every way. Veggies are clearly many days old, drying and wilting, slimy and decaying. Bread was stale. Cookies were stale. Everything tasted awful. Every table was dirty and grimy. AC is not on, stuffy and hot. I just ate and I already feel sick. Probably the worst dining experience I've had in a long time. Was also overcharged, prices on board are wrong. Management should be ashamed. Never again.

Horrible service, if the two young girls are not the ones working then please be prepared for you’re bread to be hard, cashier to prepare you’re food after sneezing on his hands and not washing them. I ordered 2 cookies from him and they were hard, I asked him to change them out and give me 2 fresh ones. He then picked it up with his bare hands, they need to hire a new set of staff members because this one is not good for business at all

Garbage paid 40$ for delivery did not recieve cookies and milk i paid for pretty much paid 40$ for a 20$ order and refuse to refund has been 11 days still nothing never ordering here again. Im assuming they ran out or something but if you outa stock you dont charge customer full price or atleast refund for missing items bad business.
