They can't be using holding times often I have walked out and go to another one or place because their produce looks old, and they refuse to change out items until gone, Subway sandwiches don't taste as good without honey oak wheat bread to me so I gave up on them.

Awful experience do not recommend. Delivery driver left the food on a different house and told me that I was lying, told me to call the store because he can’t do anything about the fact that he left it in another house. I called the store the guy did not care at all told me that it was DoorDash fault because I order through them when I told that I guy that I order to the subway app. No help out all and he told me that he was going to call DoorDash and hang up the phone later on he realized that he didn’t even got my name for the order call me back and ask me for the name and hang up. I don’t even know if I’m going to get refund or what. Awful experience. Awful customer service.

2 sandwiches for $41 and a rude associate. Bacon on steak and toasted please. Even home prices are going back to pre covid levels but food is stubbornly is very expensive. Soon the working poor won’t be able to eat outside of their homes at all

Why can’t you buy a side of any of the toppings? Was treated rudely by the male associate about requesting a small side of meatballs for my baby. Is it impossible to put two meatballs in a cup and charge me for it? Probably not, but this gentleman definitely didn’t want to help me in any way, shape, or form. Then when I was looking for the ice tea dispenser for the “fresh brewed sweet tea” he rudely told me they didn’t have it. So what did I buy? Apparently a bottled version despite being advertised otherwise. Sandwiches were sloppily put together, bread was barely toasted, cheese wasn’t melted. This place is bad.

The food is good but the customer service is rubbish. I have been coming here several times and there is a guy every day who is more pedantic. They should have people with better charisma and not like they have to, I think this will be my last time coming here. I don't recommend it. come because he serves you as if he came to ask for a gift
If I could give it half a star I would give it all the time but in that restaurant first they only make cash then if I bring a $100 bill they can't sell it to me because they don't make $100 bills today I'm going again not now I am using cash only card now they are not using cash only card, very bad, I honestly cannot understand if it is the employees or the owner who does not take action on the matter

I had gone here with my daughter on 1/3/23 and had ordered two footlong Mexicali Sandwiches. They customer service was not up to par and the sandwich builders/casheirs were hostile and dismissive when I asked a question about allergens. I will not be coming back. it's too bad because the food was half decent.
