Last time I went the person closed the store an hour early which didn’t reflect online. I drove 30 mins and the other times I went the toppings are dwindling and it’s not clean at all and the machines are broken half the time.

I had only been once or twice and then I tried the hot chocolate flavor. I have gone back 4 times since and gave gift cards to family at Christmas. I think I am a fan now! The original tart flavor is really good too.

Drove 3 and a half hours for THIS SPECIFIC sweetfrog. All my friends told me how delicious this one was compared to other ones. However, despite leaving at 9am from VA, and arriving at 12pm(sweetfrog opening time), no worker was there. I waited in the cold for around 20 minutes, but nothing. Very disappointed, now I have to drive 3 hours back home. Thanks corporate, thanks sweetfrog.

when ordering through doordash they will purposely rip you off your topping choice...only adding one out of 3! 2nd time this has happened!

We went here today to get ice cream. It was good. They sent out a $6 all you can out into the small. It got us there 🥰 mine was dropped from almost $15 to $5, with the special and MILITARY discount.
My daughter and I love this place! Came in while owner was still setting up, he quickly set everything out for us even though we technically entered before posted hours. Everyone here has always been so nice! 😊

Helpful employees. Lots of flavors and toppings to choose from. Service animals are welcome. Pets must stay outside. Do ask if your pet needs water, they will give it to you for them.

My daughter and I went to the sweetFrog in Germantown for the first time today. We went for a paint party with Ms. Diane. The painting was a lot of fun. It was good mommy and daughter time together. We were treated to a cup of frozen yogurt afterwards. The yogurt is delicious, of course! We tried the cake batter, chocolate, strawberry shortcake and caramel brownie flavors which were all great. There are tons of toppings to choose from! So many that my daughter and I both had trouble choosing and limiting ourselves. We will be back again!
