Manager refused to correctly swap potatoes for beef and insisted it required an up-charge. No other Taco Bell does this. When I explained I’ve been doing this for a long time at many locations he wouldn’t listen.

FYI, not a Taco Bell location. Is a KFC location they do sell Taco Bell food but you cannot order on the app, you cannot redeem promotions, etc..

Haven't eaten Taco Bell in years, but today was the day I decided I wanted tacos.
Used the drive thru and the cashier was friendly and professional. Ordered a Party Pack (12 tacos) and a Large Sweet Tea. Pulled up to cashier, paid and received my drink. Cashier asked me to pull into the parking lot and wait. Not really an issue, but not sure why if no one was behind me, or never came after I received my order.
Meal was delicious! And they remembered to include all the sauces I ordered!
Parking: Large parking lot on both sides of restaurant and parking on street.

This man would harass my wife and I. On both times we consumed at this location. He pretended to clean the tables and observed everything we did. The second time he did this. I got him peeking and he inmediatly turned away when he realized I caught him red handed as you can see. A complete and utter creep. I have reported him to customer service. This man needs to be fired. And if he is under directions form management to harass customers and discriminate even more so. For now he will be here for everyone to see what a creep employee looks like.

Quick service and yummy Taco Bell burritos. Got one small taco wrong but no complaints cause of course we still ate it. ??
Manager was very rude and aggressive towards me tonight when I went there he threw all types of sauces in my bag I was allergic to I asked him not to and he got very nasty and rude slammed the drive through window on me he than asked me to pay for the sauce I gave up money for the sauce he continued to hold the window open being rude I than freaked out left him the money and pulled off with out the sauce I will definitely be contacting corporate on Monday about this matter that manager is not a peoples person and he raises ur anxiety do to his rude and nasty aggressive ways !
