OLD REVIEW-Unbelievably bad service; I saw at least 8 people in the back working, yet nobody was served at the front counter for at least 10 minutes. And the drive-thru was equally slow from what I could see.

One of the worst locations. I placed a mobile order for ONE food item and ONE drink and I sat in the drive thru about 25 minutes with NO ONE in front of me. The employees don’t acknowledge you and I spoke to the owner who doesn’t seem to care if his customers are dissatisfied. Go to a different Taco Bell if you can.

This location is trash .. I was just in the drive thru for 20 mins because an employee and I guess someone he knew in the drive thru were having a full blown conversation. Holding up the line and making the food I ordered through Uber Eats cold. Do that on your own time! People got places to be. Crazy how suddenly fast food is becoming so slow nowadays. Literally every time I come to this location they take 30 minutes to hand me a MOBILE ORDER! I place the order WELL in advance and they still take FOREVER to hand it to us! It doesn't matter if you walk in, drive through, or order online, your food will be cold by the time you receive it. There's hardly any parking either.

Manager likes to let his family have MASSIVE (100+ people) birthday parties and prom parties in the store during store hours, so you can end up sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes after you place your order watching everyone.

Can you show a lot of prejudice actions depending on the ethnicity you are and they have favoritism. They barely speak to you and they barely smile but they sit there and will make jokes about you. I am bilingual about me. I am disabled because of I was a victim of a gunshot incident. But the equivalent of that to me being homeless and I live down the street LOL and the owner of this Taco Bell is a alcoholic that starts fights with people
