Amazing food and staff. We placed a catering order of tacos, quesadillas, and Esquites for a party. Everyone was extremely helpful walking us through the options and placing the order.
The tacos (chicken, al pastor, carnitas, & chorizo) are always amazing and did not disappoint. We quickly ran out despite the portion sizes being hefty and should have followed the advise to order 3 tacos per person. Everyone asked where the food was from. No BS, just great food and service.
Thrilled to have their food truck in Olney with the option for larger catering orders. Thank you to the Tacos El Pariente team!

Careful with their promotions; rules are not clearly spelled out , nor in writing and every time you want to claim a reward the “rules” have changed again nowhere to be found. If they do not wish to give away the rewards or they are going to give a lot of trouble to redeem them. They should mind as well remove the promotion and stop lying to their customers. Fairness and transparency is not their priority.
My advise to the owners find a lawyer that can help you set up your promotions in a way that there’s not going to be ambiguity or confusion.
Very disappointing customer service. The owner instead of fighting customers should work on better customer service.
I will be taking my business else's where.I was treated so badly I decided to not return.

I took my mom to this location in germantown, md, for the first time, today. I originally checked out this location a month back. The food was great. She ordered nine tacos. We didn't wait long as they were not busy. The food was paid, and my mom added a tip for the service. I took my mom and dropped her off at her home. Ten minutes later, she called me, stating that a taco was missing from her order. I called the location to let them know of the error that was committed. The lady that answered the call stated that the woman who prepared the ordered swore she placed five tacos in one box and four in another. She asked me to call back my mother and see if she could take a picture of the order. I asked her what number, and she stated the one I called was fine. I did what she asked me to do, but I never got a call back. I asked her to please return my message, after receiving mine. I called directly, but they stopped answering my call. I called the parent restaurant in gaithersburg and asked for the owner. The lady said to hold as she looked to get HIM. Instead, a lady by the name of Jessica answered. I asked her if she was the owner, and she stated that she was not, but to let her know of the situation. I let her know. Very polite, she said that in the past, they've received complaints at this location, but they were false. People are looking to get free food. I wasn't looking to get free food, I told her. Instead, to retrieve what was owed to my mother. She said to place an order with them at the restaurant and you'll get the taco you are missing. Unreal!!! It's sad that if the owner was in the establishment and didn't take my call, it only speaks volume about how they conduct their business. My business, along with my mother's, will go to a better establishment. Those other women at this location didn't want to help but became combative. I would have written harsher words, but there's no need to drop to their level. Becareful and check your order before leaving. It's your word against theirs.
The food and service were excellent. Since it was a food truck, the atmosphere was quite enjoyable, especially with the refreshing air you can experience at Germantown’s elevation above sea level —did you get it? 😂

This is my favorite torta spot in MoCo. The bread is always soft and buttery. A lot of places around here make tortas but I haven't had one that comes close to what Tacos El Pariente makes.

I'm not sure if it's because I don't speak Spanish well but they always have an attitude when it comes to paying and giving me what I ordered. they mess up often and we even got a hair in the tacos once but accepted it as an accident. and NOW they have me on hold for 20 mins to hang up on me without saying anything. ridiculous and would not recommend.
