Friday 12/8/2023 I always see this place when heading home and it's usually always packed with parked cars waiting for or eating their food. After a while of knowing about it I finally decided to try it. I made a takeout order of the birria combo 15$ (it comes with a quesadilla, tostado, and a taco with consome) to be able to try some of their items without spending a lot. The birria quesadilla was pretty good. The birria taco was solid and the texture of the taco resembled more of a hard shell taco rather than a soft flour/corn tortilla. The birria tostado was decent. The consome was okay. Overall, the Mexican food was decent but I've definitely had better.

I ordered the pizza birria, very good it had a good crunch to it and it was very balanced flavour. never had birria and it was very good.took 30 mins , alot of food for $18 very good price it can feed 2 people comfortably.Under rated

SOLID SPOT ??Pretty darn delicious, I must say! ??I had the Birria Tacos with Consomé and 2 orders of Enchiladas Verdes. They were frikken tasty! There's somethin' special about the dough they use, I'm tellin' y'all.It tends to become pretty busy around lunchtime.They have a picnic table for dine-in customers and their website says they do delivery and pickup orders.I'll definitely be goin' back ?

I was looking for birria in the area and came across this food truck.You order from the truck and they give you a pager you wait in your car and once your buzzer goes off you pick up your order at the window.The service was very good. I saw other reviews saying they waited a long time so I was prepared, however it only took 10-15 minutes for my order to be ready.I got 3 tacos and consomme. The tacos were juicy. The serve them with a chuck of lime, radish, cucumber, and jalapeno.I left that the consomme was slightly lacking flavor even after adding the provided hot sauce.I was slightly disappointed that no napkins were provided considering how messy eating birria can be.I would still give then a shot if in the area.

They are good tacosBut the attention is very badThey don't answer the phone for hcr orders. And when you get there it takes them a long time to open the window to take the order… bad service.
My girlfriend loves this truck. They are parked close by her place and we were in the mood for some tacos. We got tacos, a quesadilla, rice and beans and sodas. We had different types of tacos like Birria with consome and steak and chicken and I got a chicken quesadilla. The service was also great as it was cold outside last night, but they gave us little beepers to notify us when the food was ready so we could just wait in the truck or car. Once the food was ready the beeper went off and you go and pick up the food. This was a nice experience and definitely one I wouldn't mind trying again. The truck also featured the different types of food that they offer in case you wanted to take a look or you can visit their website for the menu.
