I very much regret the play more membership, buyer beware.

Almost every time we come, we are assigned towards the end very hard to hit when you have kids

Food was way overpriced. I usually let it go and just take a photo at cucumber today. This happened multiple times something sitting in fridge for way too long

Today our order is not taken after 30 mins and I was probably visibly looking for someone then he stopped. Still hasn’t got the two waters order came without napkin without utensils

Ashley G provided terrible customer service. She ignored our table while we were trying to order drinks and food and spent her time flirting with other servers instead. We waited far too long just to be acknowledged. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable service.

Disgusting, heartless service. Ashley G. should be embarrassed. Her behavior was condescending, dismissive, and unbelievably self-absorbed. Instead of doing her job, she was too busy flirting with coworkers and laughing like customers didn’t exist. We were blatantly ignored while she socialized.

What makes this unforgivable is that this wasn’t just any visit. This outing was for my terminally ill friend’s last birthday while still alive, and Ashley G.’s complete lack of empathy and professionalism ruined what should have been a meaningful, once-in-a-lifetime moment. Not a shred of awareness, compassion, or basic human decency.

When she finally acknowledged us, her attitude was cold, smug, and openly annoyed—as if taking our order was beneath her. No apology. No urgency. No care whatsoever. Just arrogance and disrespect.

If this establishment allows employees to treat people like this—especially during moments that actually matter—then it deserves to be called out. This was not just bad service; it was cruel indifference. We left angry, hurt, and shocked that someone could be so careless. I will never return, and I hope management seriously reevaluates who they allow to represent their business.

This place has, without question, some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From start to finish, the level of service was incredibly disappointing. Everything moved at an unreasonably slow pace, with little communication or acknowledgment from the staff, which made the experience frustrating rather than enjoyable.

The staff came across as unprofessional and disengaged, showing little interest in providing attentive or courteous service. Simple interactions felt awkward and dismissive, and there was a noticeable lack of urgency or accountability throughout our visit.

Overall, the poor customer service overshadowed any positives this place might have had. An establishment can have good food or a nice setting, but without basic professionalism and respect for customers, it’s hard to recommend or want to return.

We had an amazing time here! The food (we ordered buffalo chicken dip and BBQ wings) was delicious and the gameplay was really enjoyable. We played two rounds and despite the freezing weather, we were comfortable with the overhead heaters. I had a great time and would absolutely recommend for big groups!

Food and service was fine. Management was inconsistently applying policies and in this case rude.

My friend and I both signed up for the Playmore membership a few months ago. After using it 4-5 times between the 2 of us we were informed today that they can’t honor the membership if you don’t reserve the bay. I.e. joining the waitlist or walk ins won’t be honored. Justification was that they have no way of knowing if you’ve used your membership before. Maybe this is true but you enter your membership info at least a couple of times before you can begin to play when you join the waitlist. Explained that we’ve used the membership a few times with no issues but the manager would not honor it and only offered to take 15 min off the time we were there.

The staff cited that somewhere in the fine print it says that you have to use the reservation system. I haven’t been able to find it yet but assuming it’s true why hasn’t anyone from the last 4-5 times ever mention it?

The proper way to handle this would be to make an exception, apologize for the misunderstanding and remind us to use the reservation process in the future.

Instead they just continued to tell us we should have read the Terms and conditions. Maybe technically I messed up but this is pretty poor customer to not acknowledge that maybe their policies could be clearer.

Needless to say, I canceled my membership and emailed corporate (because no one answers the phone when you call).

I guess the 52 times I’ve visited Topgolf isn’t business they went to keep.

We’ve gone to 6 top golf’s across the county in the last month doing presentations and this is hands down the best one we’ve experienced. The staff was punctual and extremely helpful. Great audio visual for any event.

Customer service was absolutely horrible. We reserved 4 bays and asked if we could have them at least close to each other and they wouldn't accumulate us. Even though there were open bays near the one we were assigned. They gave some dumb reason for this. Which they lost out on food and drinks sales because of this, we weren't going to run to 4 different bays on 3 levels to purchase food and drinks. DEFINITELY won't be coming back. And it took forever to get a check to leave.

The place was completely empty when I arrived. I ordered food, and before I could even finish eating, they told me my time was up and that I had to leave or take my food downstairs if I wanted to finish. Definitely disappointing customer service, especially considering there was no one waiting for a bay.

We had a great time playing golf, but the service was awful. Our waiter was rude, seemed lazy, and not interested in helping. Food and drinks took forever, and when they finally arrived, we had to ask several times just to get plates and napkins.

Before we even finished eating, our bay was reassigned to new customers who came up and asked us to leave — very unprofessional. The game itself was fun, but the staff completely ruined the experience. Definitely not what I expected from Topgolf.
