We had an amazing time here! The food (we ordered buffalo chicken dip and BBQ wings) was delicious and the gameplay was really enjoyable. We played two rounds and despite the freezing weather, we were comfortable with the overhead heaters. I had a great time and would absolutely recommend for big groups!

My friend and I both signed up for the Playmore membership a few months ago. After using it 4-5 times between the 2 of us we were informed today that they can’t honor the membership if you don’t reserve the bay. I.e. joining the waitlist or walk ins won’t be honored. Justification was that they have no way of knowing if you’ve used your membership before. Maybe this is true but you enter your membership info at least a couple of times before you can begin to play when you join the waitlist. Explained that we’ve used the membership a few times with no issues but the manager would not honor it and only offered to take 15 min off the time we were there.
The staff cited that somewhere in the fine print it says that you have to use the reservation system. I haven’t been able to find it yet but assuming it’s true why hasn’t anyone from the last 4-5 times ever mention it?
The proper way to handle this would be to make an exception, apologize for the misunderstanding and remind us to use the reservation process in the future.
Instead they just continued to tell us we should have read the Terms and conditions. Maybe technically I messed up but this is pretty poor customer to not acknowledge that maybe their policies could be clearer.
Needless to say, I canceled my membership and emailed corporate (because no one answers the phone when you call).
I guess the 52 times I’ve visited Topgolf isn’t business they went to keep.

We’ve gone to 6 top golf’s across the county in the last month doing presentations and this is hands down the best one we’ve experienced. The staff was punctual and extremely helpful. Great audio visual for any event.

Customer service was absolutely horrible. We reserved 4 bays and asked if we could have them at least close to each other and they wouldn't accumulate us. Even though there were open bays near the one we were assigned. They gave some dumb reason for this. Which they lost out on food and drinks sales because of this, we weren't going to run to 4 different bays on 3 levels to purchase food and drinks. DEFINITELY won't be coming back. And it took forever to get a check to leave.

I let my kids go here and they were harassed there is a worker called April who was disgraceful she kept trying to make up reasons for my kids to leave April should learn how to treat people with respect absolute terrible experience would not recommend

I ordered food, and before I could even finish eating, they told me my time was up and that I had to leave or take my food downstairs if I wanted to finish. We had a great time playing golf, but the service was awful. Our waiter was rude, seemed lazy, and not interested in helping. Food and drinks took forever, and when they finally arrived, we had to ask several times just to get plates and napkins.
Before we even finished eating, our bay was reassigned to new customers who came up and asked us to leave — very unprofessional. The game itself was fun, but the staff completely ruined the experience. Definitely not what I expected from Topgolf.

Went with our son who was home from the Airforce, this was the worst Top Golf we have ever visited. The service was poor from the moment we walked in, the lady checking us in had 0 friendliness, then the waitress was forgetful. Ok let us just enjoy the games, nope more issues! Over 1/2 the time we hit the ball it would not registered it. The manager said, thanks for bringing it to our attention and offered us a $15 off coupon on our next visit but pointed out the coupons expire in 20 days. The shooting area did not have TV like all the other locations we have visited. Do yourself a favor and drive 10 minutes to the next location.

This was my first time here for my sons birthday party. Not happy with the experience and here is why: 1) we never received a text that our bat was ready 2) two bays we got were adjacent but separated by the divider 3) we ordered the platter right away and 30 min later were informed that’s not available (I have to give a credit to the manager on duty - she did fix the issues by removing some charges from our bill) 4) on the menu you can’t see prices for the drinks! Just not there! 5) on the final bill you can’t see the deposit paid 6) CashUp discount is a ripoff - I got 20% discount on the deposit! But not in the final bill which was over $200. Not coming back and not going to recommend this place to anybody.

Anthony A. was our server, and he was so friendly, attentive, and quick (despite our many many orders and requests during our 2 hours there)! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to host a group event, especially if Anthony is your server!

This is a fun place to practice your golf swings. Will enjoy even you are new at it. It’s a great family place too. They serve you food while you are playing - though tends to be a little expensive.
I loved their console that showed the trajectory of the ball after you hit it. Not sure how they do it because many players are hitting the ball at the same time. Somehow they are able to correlate the ball to the booth and only show it on their console.
All in all a fun place.
