Lots of fun. Good food, good service once we were in a bay. Only complaint would be the price, definitely not something we could do regularly... not a fan of the added membership fee especially when we're paying so much from the beginning..but it was clean and well maintained. They sang to our son for his bday, which was also great.

Their crew definitely need some training in the hospitality field. They seem to not understand the industry their in. Rude bartenders, incompetent server. Can’t order drinks at the bar, you have to wait for the server to show up to the bay (waited for a long time, reason why we tried ordering at the bar directly) but when it comes to the check, they will pass it over half an hour before the play time is done and the server will keep asking if the check is ready every 2 minutes. Overall a terrible experience service wise, food was actually decent.

For anyone looking to have some family fun, look no further. Whether you're a serious golfer or completely new, you'll have a blast at top golf. Serious golfers shouldn't bring more than just a 7 iron. This place is great for getting your wedge game on point.

Awesome Experience! Not a typical driving range! Sure you can drive golf balls, but there’s food & beverages, competitive golf games, and entertainment. Our friend’s son had a birthday party there which is how we first visited. We were all impressed. The food was good, the service was great and very experienced hosting parties and everyone (kids, teens and us adults) all had a great time. Everyone should experience Topgolf for themselves.

Topgolf is always amazing regardless of the location. Most recently we hit up the Germantown location and it did not disappoint. We had a great time, our bay was on the third floor which was cool, and the service was great and prices very reasonable. We’ll be back!!

Went on Thursday Morning during half price which wasn't a bad deal. It was our first time. We got 2 drinks (surprised how large their cups are) and Chicken Tenders with Tots (which they brought out fries by mistake and didn't charge for the tots). Food is a little pricey though. We will definitely be coming again!
The game and food are excellent and no complaints, but I believe they r pretty much understaffed or unexperienced waiters , especially on top level. The he waiter would take around 20-25 mins to come take your order and it would b an hour by the time he comes back to you again, this will force us to extend the game for more time(may b this is their strategy), even after the wait they will either place wrong or incomplete orders. Even for the billing it will take about 15-20 mins to hand over the check…. Too much delay, I hope they improve it as the food and gaming experience was awesome!!!

Great location, I highly recommend going during off hours. Make sure you are promptly ontime, they will send you a text when your bay is ready and you will have to claim it within 5 minutes. They have a great bar menu as well and quite a few beers on draft. We opted for their boneless wings and were impressed by the size and quality! Great time and experience, fun place to enjoy on the weekend! Service was great as well and we were able to get our food and drinks very timely

Had an amazing afternoon with my team, but what really stand out were Ethan and Maria. They were super friendly took amazing care of us and made of afternoon unforgettable. choosing top golf for the team event was the perfect choice.

I meant to leave this review weeks ago. I have been a member here for years. If you love golf this is a great place to practice when the weather is not favorable to be on the course. A few weeks ago I had the most unpleasant experience here. Manager Diane I believe is her name was being rude to me. We had 15 mins left to place when our food arrived. We decided to eat before we’re continue playing because we waited a long time for our food and drinks. Someone came over to ask us to extend time for the game literally every 3 mins. Basically I was not able to eat because they legit harassed us about adding time. I told them we will right after we eat and for some reason that was not acceptable. It was not crowded no one was waiting for a bay and we were planning to extend our time after our meal. The manager got loud with me told me not to come back that I was banned and it’s there policy to make sure they had time on the game of anyone is sitting at the bay. Mind you, we had 15 minutes left from an hour game. The entire experience was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. The staff was unprofessional and rude. I plan to send a letter to corporate soon abbot the experience.
