I came 12/29 at 3:30 I usually never have a problem with them I’m not coming back. Lady messed up my order I asked for no tomatoes in my burrito and got tomatoes. Strike 1 but it’s fine I kept eating my burrito even if I didn’t like it I was hungry. I’m 1/2 way through my burrito and I bit on a plastic piece. Strike 2. You’d think that’s it right? Wrong. I took 1 more bite and got a 2nd piece of white plastic and that one hurt my back tooth. That’s strike 3 waste of my time.

Their food is delicious, but the hygiene is very poor. I saw two cockroaches, one in the bathroom and one at the drink station. I also once found a mosquito in my food. This is completely unacceptable.
Sunday afternoon Al pastor burrito; with a bit of chorizo extra, no sour cream, minimal lettuce, jalepenos, verde and Rojo sauces. The best burrito I've ever eaten in these past 63 years, and that's saying a lot!!!

We get food from here all the time in Germantown. This is one of my partner’s favorite places to order online and then go pick it up. I don’t think we’ve ever had a problem with them getting orders wrong, the only problem we have is that he pays extra for the really hot sauce and they don’t always give them all to us. So my partner counts them before we leave every time, since they are his favorite.
I like the soup and the quesadillas the most. I have also tried the burritos. Those are as big as I get them in California. It’s hard to find decent Hispanic food on the East Coast. I do recommend this place. What I don’t get is why they think their food is worth so much money, I’m glad someone else pays when I order here :)
I almost forgot that red drink whatever it’s called, it’s really good too. I think it has something to do with raspberries.

Simple, traditional foods served here, but the execution is amazing. I tried all three salad at the salsa bar and they are fresh and bursting with flavor. It's the traditional taqueria I've been dreaming about.

The portions are not worth the price .. the bowl is the size of a kids meal! Complete robbery! When you buy a bowl you’re paying for lettuce and rice. This needs to be corrected.

Ordered a couple times from this place and the food was good. Unfortunately, didn’t have great luck this most recent time we ordered and ended up with food poisoning. I know it can happen sometimes with restaurants so wasn’t too upset, just wanted a refund. I called twice and the owner was never there but they did tell the staff to relay that “it’s impossible we got food poisoning from the food”. They were only willing to refund 1 plate even though both my husband and I got sick shortly after eating the food vs just one of us. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card. Super disappointed in the customer service, especially over $40.
