It took an hour to get pizza when we ordered early, and the pizza was warm at best and undercooked. The steak sub has way too many raw mushrooms on it. Just an awful experience. My kids said to promise to never order from here again…

I love the Vocelli’s Pizza in Germantown MD. Their food is quality and the customer service is excellent! My husband loved pizza a from places like Dominoes and Pizza Hut, but after I had him try Vocelli’s it’s our only pizza spot!❤️

We recently hosted a large event for our school community and needed to order A LOT of pizzas! I worked with Irshad to make the large delivery order and he really cared about helping make the event a success. By far the worse ever delivery experience I have ever had. Pizza came cold. Driver took 40 minutes to deliver the pizza when I only live 5 minutes from the store. Manager confirmed the driver only had my delivery to take. I have no clue what the driver was doing and I feel as though my food was tampered with. Management at the Germantown store was unwilling to compensate or fix the problem.
