Why don't you use pizza savers? I had to walk home and when I opened the box 31% of the cheese and topping came off to the side and you did terrible job cutting the pie. And you didn't give me the BOO deal. I don't have to ask and I am a loyal customer and you can take that to the bank.

Order a 1 topping 2 medium pizzas and got 2 whole pizzas that were barely cut properly or even through the crust. Toppings had fallen to the side of the pizza and had hardened that way. Every time I order pizza from here its a gamble. When I tip digitally my pizza is fine but if I dont tip digitally I get the usps special. I always tip either cash or digitally but to have my order messed up because they think im not gonna tip is horrendous. I will not be ordering here ever again.

It took an hour to get pizza when we ordered early, and the pizza was warm at best and undercooked. The steak sub has way too many raw mushrooms on it. Just an awful experience. My kids said to promise to never order from here again…

I love the Vocelli’s Pizza in Germantown MD. Their food is quality and the customer service is excellent! My husband loved pizza a from places like Dominoes and Pizza Hut, but after I had him try Vocelli’s it’s our only pizza spot!❤️
