Pharmacy The pharmacy was to contact my doctor for a refill prescription. Prescription was promised for Friday at 4pm. Called and said “in process”. Spoke for pharmacy rep who laughed at me when I thought it was wrong that I was not contacted by the pharmacy when they had not heard back from my doctor on Friday afternoon. Spoke to pharmacist who told me I should take my husband with Parkinson’s to urgent care today Saturday to get a script because they did not reach to me about this on Friday when I could have contacted my doctor. My husband is completely out of this medication and the pharmacist hung up on me. This is NOT right.

This Wegmans location at Germantown is the most racist store. They treat Hispanic people bad and mock about my accent. I speak English well, but I am proudly have an accent because I am bilingual. The employees on the sandwich area are the worst and one of the cashier didn’t care when Intold how they treat me. They are racist. If you are Hispanic be aware because they only treat white people respectfully.

I enjoyed all the variety and had been happy with everything until COVID. We have the biggest issue with the meat. Every other piece we have picked up is bad. I had stopped buying meat at this store but did not have time to go to another store this week. Sadly, the chicken was bad.

A colleague and I met at Wegmans outdoor seating. We purchased beverages and weren't seated there very long when the manager asked us to leave. We were the only ones in the seating area and we have our laptops out while we were talking business. She said we were obviously conducting some kind of meeting and had to leave. I was going to go shopping after my meeting. Going somewhere else now :(

I am again visiting my daughter in Maryland for an extended period, and I love to shop at Wegman's whenever I come here. We do not have a store like this one in my community in Louisiana, so I'm quite fascinated with everything Wegman's, which amuses my daughter. Today the wonderful ladies in the bakery department helped me out with a special request. I was so moved by their care and consideration that I love Wegman's even more now!! I am a loyal customer when I'm here, and I understand why my daughter and SIL shop here.

My go to place for various needs. Wether it's a quick snack or shampoo or cleaning supplies, I can always rely on Wegmans to have what I need

I really like coming to this Wegmans. They have a pretty large selection of produce, dry goods, meats, and bakery items. They also have a lot of organic options. It's like a cross between a Whole Foods and a Giant which is great if you want items from both.

Great place for high quality perishables at premium prices. They seem to target clients who don't want to peel/slice/chop/cook as there are lots of throw in the oven/microwave/ wok products. Comparison shopping within the store is hard because similar items at different price points are in different sections of the store and they anticipate the clock-wise-about-the-store shopper! This is my go-to place for special occasion shopping but not for day to day groceries.

This is a great grocery store to find high quality products at an increased price. They have a lot of really nice items here, just not as big of a variety as larger, less expensive stores. Ive been here many times and have not seen an increase in their inventory. We all have certain items that we have come to love over the years. So, I would not recommend Wegman's as a great place to find everything that you need. However, they are almost never crowded and everything that I have purchased from them has been been descent quality, and lets be honest, the Walmart Super Center nearby is one of the worst places in this area to do anything, its just psychologically draining being in that dirty heck-hole. So Wegman's is absolutely a breath of fresh air the first time you casually saunter through its wide, clean aisles and gaze upon all their fresh food. Still, its a little annoying when they never have normal cheddar cheese slices, Hawaiian bread, large sized creamer, grape water flavoring, or any of the most popular soup flavors, just to name a few things that have disappointed me on my visits. This doesn't appear to be a temporary logistical issue either, but simply their permanent inventory. This forces me to suspect that they are buying wholesale and up-charging based on their perceived appearance of quality. There's way more variety at Target and its actually equivalent in quality. Wegman's is probably best used as a place to buy ready made gourmet meals to cook at home if you dont mind still paying restaurant prices. I have yet to try any of these pre-made dinners because I alway choose to spend the same amount and let someone else cook it for me. I'll probably use Wegman's as a place to bring out of town family visitors so I can pretend like I live in a really nice area.

I noted the long lines to 2 persons standing there jabbering. They seemed nonplussed; left and got items I needed for a birthday party elsewhere [Safeway] treated with much more respect. Wrote a complaint and forwarded around with no resolve. Seems my bag is MIA. it was from work and I resent the lack of care. asked manager who contacted me re: no chicken noodle soap with dough; didn't know; asked about another product; didn't no. no empathy whatsoever and I'm out my bag. Poor customer service. You have to watch the floral dept. as well; unless you get them fresh they do not last long...a bundle at had at another occasion; the cashier didn't bother to contact anyone when a new fresh arrangement $8.00 bundle would be available ... DO NOT GO on weekend; long lines and they don't adjust to customer flow.

Curbside pickup is not always curbside. I have a pre-existing condition and really cannot take the risk of going into a grocery store during COVID, which is why I use curbside pickup. Prices for curbside pickup are noticeably higher, and that's fine because I know I am paying for a service. But twice now, I've gone to pickup my groceries and I've received a message saying I have to go in to the store get my order. If Wegmans isn't really offering curbside pickup, we need to know in advance. I would send someone else to get my groceries or shop somewhere else but now I have $200 worth of groceries sitting inside the store and I am forced to risk my health to get them.
