I called to tell them that I wanted my wings well done because when I add that option when getting delivery they don’t follow it and my wings were soggy and nasty so I called to let them know over the phone so anyway the employee that answered was so rude and basically tried arguing with me about the cook time…I just got my delivery and they did not do what I asked for

I placed an order in the store. Had to wait for about 15minutes, ordered an Uber and went home. When I got home to distribute the food amongst my kids we noticed there were several wings missing and they forgot to give me my corn as well. I called and was told they would replace just the wings, but I would obviously have to go out my way for 5 wings. I went up there a few days later and placed a separate order and asked if they could add the wings to that order. We'll long behold they shorted me again and that's the last time they will ever get my business.

The thought of getting wingstop is honestly better than getting it. Cause the wings look like they've been barely seasoned, overly cooked, and don't have as much flavor. The place was not too clean and the staff can sometimes be rude.

My experience here was nice and pleasant. The cashier had a sense of humor. The food was the food. Taste like it do all the time.

Can I give them less than on star? This Wingstop was an absolute failure. After giving me the wrong takeout order, I had to call to straighten everything out when my family discovered we got someone else’s order. I was told to come back in 10 mins to get my correct order. When I came back the manager asked me where the food was that I took the first time and when I told him no one asked me to bring it back, he accused me of eating it. After we had a big blow up he asked if I wanted a refund. I said that would be perfect and was told it would be 7 to 10 days and he couldn’t give me something in writing regarding a refund. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back here.

I made a order by the phone and I said I want 20 wings half lemon pepper and half plain and they give me boneless
I called and I ask if they can change my order and they said okay will be ready in 10 minutes can you come back ?
I come back in 20 minutes and the cashier said we can’t do that if you want to make a order you have to do it online , so that means I have to order again and wait 20 minutes more
Also I ask how long it will take to made the refund to my card and they said 5-7 business days
The worst costumer service ever
Customer service is obnoxious. Bare minimum is acknowledgment. Lady with Afro and headphones is rude just tossed my order with no regard. I regret coming here. Why hire cashiers that can’t do the main role which is customer service.

Poor everything they are lucky I didn’t return the food myself and DoorDash is Trash food was cold and taste over cooked just all out terrible service if I could elaborate and go into depth more I would trust I hate this location

I came in on 8/29 and it was BUSY. I felt so bad for the gentleman that was running the front all on his own. Very unfair for him not to have had any support. Even in that situation he ran the front, the huge amount of Uber eats/doordash orders, online orders and everything else that came up like soda machine needing to be refilled , extra requests and more. He did a great job while maintaining his cool with everything that was going on. That man deserves a raise and Wingstop should be ashamed to have him alone not just on a Friday night but the Friday night of Labor Day weekend. If i was him I would have walked out.

the manager is super rude and unhelpful. I made several orders that had mistakes and she didn’t make any effort to resolve them. I think her name is Jerry. I’ve also seen her been extremely rude to her own staff. Shes detrimental to this establishment and this would otherwise be a great restaurant.

The food is amazing me and my friend got fries 2 drinks and 2 chicken sandwiches for 2 dollars after doing a survey!!!
