06-01-2025 : OK I know I said they don’t understand English well now I can verify that they don’t know how to read English. I tried putting an order through the app and they botched it 🤦🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️ the manager gotta do a better job of hiring people
Worst customer server. They don’t pay attention when you are placing your order so make sure to treat them like 5 year olds and repeat your order back to them three times or they just don’t understand English. Do a better job Wingstop. Makes no sense why I would have to pay for my two ranch sauces when y’all screw up my order. Especially if I have to drive back to y’all 15min.
African American lady working today was absolutely rude to me and all the customers today. I will not be coming back!!
Cashier was a straight up ass lol, on her phone the whole time, air pods in with music blaring, got our order wrong, dropped our food on the counter, very passive aggressive. I don't expect much from Wingstop but Jesus Christ guys step it up a bit 😭

Wings are always on point. Wingstop is getting overly expensive but if you find a good deal on their app, it's worth it
My first time here…. Came in during my lunch break and ordered a 6 pc combo. The wings were fried hard which I love. I hate mushy wings. And it came out fast. I went around 1:35pm. Based off the reviews maybe it’s best not to order online but I had a good first experience today.
I have ordered here so many times over the years. And the food is so inconsistent. I literally just spent $75+ on an UberEats order and, to my surprise, there were literally ZERO dressings in the order. Mind you, you have to pay for their dipping sauces. Now, why in the world would we want to eat all of these wings without any of our paid-for dipping sauces??? And, because we ordered through UberEats, our only option was a “refund” which equated to about $5. Now I have $75 worth of wings (and veggie sticks) with no dipping sauces - and let’s be real, people only order these wings for the ranch or blue cheese. And I won’t even get into the fact that half of the boneless wings are falling apart and don’t have any breading??? So, not only am I disappointed, but now I’m hangry and broke. *sobs* :(
At around 1:30 PM on 13APR2025 my wife ordered Wingstop. Ive had my fair share of Wingstop, BDubz, ETC. but I had to post this to give a shoutout to whoever made my tenders. First time in a long time ive actually enjoyed my food with no complaints. Perfectly cooked and just crunchy enough. I didnt even need a knife, the plastic fork cut the tenders just by stabbing them. Hope whoever was in the kitchen reads this and knows they did a good job!
Worst customer service ever! Half the food I ordered wasn’t in the bag. Then they made me wait another 30 mins to make the food they forgot in the first place. The soda machine work either.

The service was average if not below and the food was absolute garbage!
They need to stop using aluminum foil for their packaging.
They need to figure out something that allows the condensation from the food to escape so that the fried food doesn't become soggy and disgusting.
It doesn't take a genius to figure it out that this isn't working!
I don't know where they're getting their wing supply from, but they really need to cancel that contract.
I counted at least five or six wings out of my order that were unfit for consumption.
Quality control really needs to get their act right.
The consumer is not the one who should be dealing with this issue.
I picked up my food, and the lady was really rude. I live just five minutes away, but by the time I got home, my food was already cold. The fries were stale, and there was barely any sauce on my wings.
Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service, Unpleasant Food, and Missing Items.
I was really looking forward to my Wingstop order, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from start to finish.
First, the customer service was subpar. The staff seemed uninterested and barely acknowledged me when I arrived to pick up my order. There was no sense of urgency or care, even though my order was supposed to be ready.
When I got home, I realized that my order was incomplete. Some of the items I paid for were missing, which was incredibly frustrating. On top of that, the wings I did receive were overcooked, dry, and lacked the bold flavor I usually expect from Wingstop. The fries were soggy and barely seasoned, making the meal even more underwhelming.
Overall, this experience was very disappointing. Missing food, lackluster service, and poor quality make me hesitant to order from this location again. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves the food quality , order accuracy, and customer service.
I went to pick up 24 wings around 11:30, choosing 3 different flavors. I arrived early, around 11:35, expecting to wait a few minutes, but the guy was already packing my order. Unfortunately, when I got home, the food was cold. The BBQ wings had hardly any sauce, the fries were nothing but salty crumbs, and the lime and pepper wings were overly soggy and greasy. The garlic Parmesan wings had no seasoning and were very dry. The entire meal looked like it had been sitting around for hours.
To make matters worse, my order was incomplete with missing items, and they threw my receipt away without even asking if I wanted it. I live just 5 minutes away, so I tried calling to report the issues, but no one answered, even though it was still within business hours. The staff was also unfriendly and unhelpful. Very disappointing experience overall.
This location is terrible. We placed an order online and when we went to pick up still had to wait 30 mins for the order, which wasn't a large order. There were several folks waiting as well. When you ask the staff nobody knows the status and they are not very willing to help. Staff is rude. They need to get better organized so there isn't such a back log of orders. The food is as expected
