I don't know WHAT these bad reviews are talking about. The food is great, the service is friendly and non intrusive, the ambiance is warm and welcoming and most of all they are **consistent.** You don't stay in a area as long as Woodside without it.May they prosper a thousand years.
The BLT I tried was pretty good. It had a good amount of bacon on there. That was worth getting. The atmosphere was nice and prices were reasonable. The service wasn't bad but wasn't anything to rave about either. I would go back!

Definitely seen better days. Haven't been in a while but stopped in during Thanksgiving week for family breakfast. Half a dozen tables had dirty plates on them that stayed throughout our meal. Bagels choices were plain or everything, so kind of all or nothing. Menu is dumbed down to the basics for breakfast and the food was just ok. The ketchup on our table was a no-name brand and the bottle was completely empty. Someone started clearing tables and stopped at the table next to ours with a full busser bucket of dirties sitting on the table.

The service was quick, the hostess couldn't have been more attentive and the food was excellent. Although it was packed with people, the wait was not long at all. We will return here for sure.

Quality of food has gone down as has customer service. They don't offer as many breakfast items as they used to. Things have since been removed from the menu. The main thing I went there for was no longer available. Maybe they paired down the menu since COVID. Not sure but it wasn't as good as I remember. I haven't been there in a few years. Probably won't be going back anytime soon. I just noticed other reviews reference new management. Perhaps that explains it. It was much better under previous management.

Waitress was polite, friendly, helpful gee she even offered more cold-burnt coffee... WOW. The current management is cold, rude...kinda if you don't like it too bad-attitude. Not crazy about the food there either.. won't go back - this guy ruined it for everybody...100% better under the previous management some years ago.

This place is dishonest. I ordered the Mediterranean platter, which comes with hummus and tahini sauce. Apparently, they were out of hummus. But rather than tell me that, they substituted it with a second serving of tahini sauce, thinking I wouldn't notice. When I did notice and brought it to their attention, they continually denied it and then finally admitted they were out of hummus. I asked the waitress what they were going to do about it to make it right & she said I could talk to the manager. Long story short, the manager refused to apologize and only took $1 off my $16 order. They should have just been honest with me in the first place, so I could have had the opportunity to order something else.
Was here for breakfast. Omelette was good size and tasty. Home fries were also good. However, only 2 bagels to choose from, plain or everything. I choose Everything. Was tasteless and was absolutely grocery store variety bagel. Disappointing for a deli...The big ding, waitress asks would you like butter or cream cheese with the bagel. I said Cream cheese. The check comes at the end and I'm charged $1.05 extra for the cream cheese. REALLY sneaky and devious. Waitress never mentioned there is extra charge. Its ok, came right out of her tip.It was also kinda expensive for what we got, eggs......

A disappointing experience on our visit today. We ordered Matzah Ball Soup for my daughter and Rueben Sandwich for me. Soup was ok but the Rueben was not at all. The meet was extremely chewy with cartilage. When I brought this up to the waitress she said she told the manager. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told he left. I guess it one way to avoid a complaint.

The service is so bad every time whether it’s busy or not and food never comes out on time. Emmanuel was our server. Very unfriendly . I’m not sure why he is doing customer service . Always on his cellphone. He throws the food never came back check on us.
