Alberto's Restaurant & Raw Bar

I went here for the new year, and they had customized cocktails and dishes that were yummy. I highly recommend visiting here, especially when there's an occasion when you'll find a unique menu to try.

I stopped in last Friday night to pickup an online order. The person that greeted me and another person that came out from the kitchen both seemed surprised. But they got my food (birria quesadillas) done pretty quickly! Also, I was refunded what I paid to my card without asking. I think it's wonderful that a place would do that in the year 2025 without even being asked. Our quesadillas were not cheap, but they did contain *a lot* of meat. I only got to hang inside the restaurant for a little bit, but the atmosphere was nice. I ended up parking at a nearby, free parking garage, and just walking a little ways to get to the restaurant. I live far away, but if I was closer, I'd be ordering additional food to try and likely dining in!

These women allowed their patron men friends to hock spit on the floor of the dining areas!!! In front of other customers (and my party) who had just placed their food orders dining in. I was disgusted and we all left immediately. Very unsanitary and disgusting if they allow that don’t know what else they do or DONT!

I will not return, atmosphere ok clean and spacious, food not as flavorful for a Mexican didn’t taste authentic. Portions small for the price, omg drinks over charged. Order a don julio repo over ice with a hint of pineapple charged me $15 ordered a shot of don @ $8 ordered a margarita with don repo charged $13 for the margarita plus and additional $ 5.99 for don added then charged me $ 15 for what they said was my don julio drink so basically I spent $30 for a shot of don over ice with a hint of pineapple.

Very disappointed in the food. I have never been to a Mexican restaurant that gave you salad shrimp as fried shrimp and the shrimp in the pasta was also salad shrimp. So unhappy

After having dinner there with my family we came away disappointed in the experience. We do not blame the wait staff whatsoever, they were friendly and accommodating - but the food was disappointing and my son discovered a hair in his dinner. They also added an 18% service charge to our check that we considered the tip and we left. Do better owners, this place has potential, but as it is we will not be going back. There was only one other table that was occupied, other than that it was quite empty.

One item that was absolutely 5 star and I want to go back just for this: The tortilla chips were absolutely delicious, freshly made and hot. If you have nothing else there, order those.

I went only once but I came back from the entrance.
Apparently there is NOT a family restaurant.
From the bad smell I smelled I realized that there is a place for people who like to smoke everything. 🤢

I was in the area looking for a new restaurant. I found this spot that was highly rated, seeing the advertise pictures I knew I had to give it a shot

Unfortunately is not what I was expecting, the restaurant is pretty ok, the food was a solid 6.5 out of 10, spent $23 for a torta and a soda, I was highly disappointed, I got the tacos as well, and they were 7/10 not sure what happened, a total of 45$ plus tip , I would probably give it a shot another day or month but honestly, and respectfully highly overrated. Chips were 9/10 , sauce was 7/10

If not in the back, just have to walk to the front

We went in last night at 8:30 with a party of 8. I felt bad we didn’t have a chance to call ahead and give warning but we were passing through from a late softball game in the area and just found them. The staff were so nice and accommodating. And the food was phenomenal!! Like so good that I’ve been thinking about the food all day and considering making the hour and a half drive to get some more.
