If I could give them no stars I would. Do not eat here. Their recook old wings and serve them to their customers. My wings were so hard and no edible. They went straight into the trash. My daughter chicken tenders were hard, flat and dry. Then I placed my order through menu star which marked the price up more than what they have listed inside the restaurant.

Food was awful. One of our subs was incorrect, had hots and ketchup on it (who puts ketchup on a philly?) even though the receipt clearly shows the first sub requested neither of those things. Looks like they used the worst parts of the tomato. And when they cut the subs in half they got all these little bits of foil in the sub which had to be picked out first, if we even got them all... Fries pictured in the website not the same. I understand photos may not always be accurate but the website shows shoestring and these were crinkle cut which always get soggy. Fried pickles were as close to being burnt as they could be without being burnt burnt. Deep fryer grease definitely needs to be changed. There was no saving grace for this entire meal. Since we accepted the food on delivery I did not know if they would take the money away from out very polite DoorDasher Dylan if I requested a refund. If anyone from America's Best Wings actually sees this I hope your wings are a lot better than the rest of your food! And no, there is nothing you can really do to make it right. We will just avoid this establishment in the future.
Kind of upset they didnât accept my VISA gift card that literally works everywhere VISA is accepted and then got my order wrong and wouldnât remake it until i brought back the wrong order.Edit: there was enough funds on there. I called them before and after and it was still 100 on there. Then I used it at my business for a charge of a dollar and it worked. You told us that you didnât accept it and tried a few times to show us that it doesnât work. But it worked immediately after

Worse customer service ever.We ordered online and wait 45 minutes for our food. After waiting 45 minutes, they decide to tell us the kitchen is closed and they will not be fulfilling the majority of my order. Our only option is to get our food tomorrow. We ask for a refund and went back and forth with manager about my refund. We were told they have no way of issuing my refund, which is crazy.Will never go again.
