Sad to say but, Ann's has gone downhill over the years. The food isn't as good as it once was and the service is lacking compared to years ago. I applaud the small business for standing up to corporate America. I just wish it would not have gone downhill.

Quite an EXPERIENCE, tight inside when placing your order, the amount of food on my order was adequate,we at outside at a picnic table the have around the back of the restaurant.
Parking: Limited in front of the restaurant, but in the rear plenty.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes ,but not recommended, when ordering

Just stopped in for a chocolate milkshake. The taste was good, but I couldn't get past the tiny clumps of white stuff. Didn't seem like ice cream, and I wasn't sure what it was. I need to call them and ask what they use for their milkshakes. Glen Burnie institution, so I'm not saying they're not good. I'm just puzzled as to what was in the shake.

Nawwww. Food is beyond lower than the mediocrity of a quick hotdog and chili stand. The food was really bad. After 75 years I can't believe that's what is being served. My food is giving me an after taste and the shakes smh. That's wild. I've been living in the area for around 4 years and seen it all the time. I finally decided to stop tonight. I should have kept going. Like I've always had. I had been anticipating something great, seeing that they been in business for 75 years. Wow. But I can at least say the customer service was ok as the cashier was helpful. But dag would never go there again. No matter how much I pass it everyday. Even if it was free food.

I've been eating at Ann's for 58 years. It's the best footlong hotdog ever. I always get a double dog with everthing, chocolate milkshake and fries. I lived closer for many years but now it's almost 2 hours each way. I still try to go every month. You can't go wrong at Ann's. Thanks for all the great food.

I was directly targeted, disrespected & pushed off to the side by all 3 staff members for telling another customer who noticed how long I’d been waiting that I wasn’t told my order # while the younger brunette very rudely & loud “yes you were” then proceeded to make me wait 50 mins while helping every person that came in after me getting them out the door, which after almost an hour of waiting cleared & started cleaning the grill with neither my food or ticket anywhere in sight. A customer made a comment to the older woman with white hair how I’ve been waiting a really long time where after rolling her eyes very arrogantly replied “sorry we are really busy it’s not like we aren’t working or doing anything around here”. Unbelievable. I heard both women get very rude with other customers as well. The customer service is trash & the amount of people & local businesses who agree & will no longer support Ann’s due to this incident is significant & needed. Nobody deserves to be treated the way I was ignored & talked down to when all I was doing was waiting for my food that I had to walk out on empty handed after paying $35 while I waited almost an hour with hungry kids in the car. From what I hear this is the new normal at Ann’s & just isn’t what it used to be.
