Literally the most clueless employees. They couldn't read what was explicitly written on the coupons we tried to use, were very slow and uncommunicative, they completely missed one of the sandwiches we ordered and didn't include it in the order, and despite saying unsweetened tea twice (once after correcting them), they still made two sweets, and then didn't even offer to remake them, and one was not the size we ordered either. They were so lost it was baffling.
As a former enjoyer/partaker of Arby’s, I for one can say that I am very displeased with the service and delivery of quality in my Good Burger meal. Fries were edible but the shake resembles that of syrup and Nesquik and this excuse of a Good Burger my friend is a Bad Burgerps I would’ve gave 0 stars but it’s not allowed

This one is one of the better Arby’s I’ve been to. The food was hot and fresh. I got a French dip and the au jus was the best I’ve had. The lobby was very clean and the staff was very polite.

Update:Corporate stepped up in regards to my review 4 weeks ago. I was sent two coupons for any sandwich, no purchase necessary. Tonight 10/30/2023, at 8:40pm, I decided to give the location at 1250 Crain Hwy S, Glen Burnie, MD 21061, another chance. They failed abysmally. When I mentioned the coupons at the drive-through speaker, the young man seemed confused and asked me to pull up to the window to verify. When I presented him with the coupons, he asked the manager(?) present they discussed it for two minutes or so and told ne they had never seen anything like that before and did not know how to process it. I pointed out that it states on the back valid at all Arby's locations. After that, I was told they had already cleaned the slicer for the evening and only had enough roast beef left for one sandwich. This was 8:40 pm, and they do not close until 10 pm. To me, this felt like they did not feel like trying to process the coupons and had probably hoped of leaving the restaurant early. I decided to hold my tongue and left. I did reach out to corporate again and will be receiving a follow-up call in the next few days. I will not be coming back to this location. There is another Arby's a little further away on Ritchie Hwy. I suggest everyone do the same. This location is just not worth the hassle and disappointment. Please note that I do not hold the franchise accountable, just this restaurant.09/2023Stingy with cheese sauce on the beef and cheddar.The fry container was only half full.Granted, this is a restaurant in a gas station, so I guess you can only expect so much.It's much cheaper to use the app. It was almost $4 more without paying by app.Big game burger was a lot smaller than made to appear, which, yes, I understand images are enlarged, but the size was underwhelming. I usually get the half pound roast beef, but this time, I got it with no bun. However, I got the crinkle fries with no salt. I LOVE IT! The peach lemonade was pretty awesome.
New cheese steak sandwich is really tasty. Love the free refills on Diet Dr. Pepper. Staff was really fast and polite. Store was clean. ?

Gyro was good actually and the fountain drink Root Beer was also good. The curly fries on the other hand were cool not hot. There was no salt available, which made them less desirable. They would have earned a 3 star avg. had it not been for the change for my $20 being a $5 and the rest in quarters. Seriously, no dollar bills? So that lost points on service. At least the place is clean. But then again hardly any customers in this location.

As stated before in a previous review, the "BIG" game burger was much much smaller than advertised. And was pretty bare as far as toppings they left off the pickles. Comparison below. Still a decent burger. This place is much more catered to drive thru customers as when we walked in, we waited a solid 8-10 minutes before being visually acknowledged, then another few minutes for anyone to walk up and take our order. Employees seemed as if they didn't want to be there at all and lacked any care that we had been waiting in an empty restaurant for someone to take our order. This place has been remodeled and looks great on the inside although I'm fairly sure that it is illegal to have a restaurant lobby open with "No Public Restrooms" although this could mean customers only but they should be more specific if that is the case. Something is off with the fries as well. I noticed that the curly fries were almost devoid of any seasoning whatsoever. Arby's has definitely taken a turn for the worse here as of late and it's sad to see.
